      Our ped recommended CT and we did get our first band. Weve been told all along we would probably need a second band. The last session where they took more photos, we were told some conflicting things weve heard along the way. For the first time we were told might need PT but not required. When the report went to our ped there was something about the PT as the first thing noted which would delay us getting a second band and we werent told it was needed by the therapist so insurance wouldnt move forward with the second band but then ct told us we could Move forward with cash which wouldnt hit our deductible and move forward schedule, which we dont want to delay with her age. After talking to a nurse and neighbor they also had various challenges that just make ct seem like a racket. We went to PT and the therapist said shes had many patients with issues lately with ** also told ** our report isnt as drastic as ** made and we went to a different place and they also had a similar report as the PT so sounds like ** is a bit of a scam/racket and just care about money. It did help the head shape but they havent been honest and transparent. We have a bad taste in our mouth

      Please beware when choosing this place for your baby. I was recommended to come here by my physical therapist. In the initial consult, the place seemed lovely and Monica was very thorough in explaining the images that were taken. We started the process of getting his helmet at 2 months old. By the time we got the denial from the insurance and was paying out of pocket for the helmet, my baby was about 3.5 months old. We went in to do the imaging and a week later we returned for the fitting. We were there for an hour and a half and the technician said it wasn’t the best fitting helmet but you could try it out and see and if not we can remake it. I have it a go and within an hour and a half my baby was screaming. I was expecting redness from the helmet but not a mark that stayed for three days and did not fade. I went in and showed them pictures and they retook the pictures with the helmet on to see if they should remake it. At the end, they said because he is too tight on his shoulder where he has torticolis he really isn’t ready for the helmet. They took my money and ran with it. Luckily I did get my money refunded back after talking to someone from regional. I was planning to go back to get the helmet remade but after hearing what Chad said about my baby to the physical therapist I was appalled. Chad mentioned how horrible my son was and that they need to fix him After that comment was made to me, I refuse to give them a dime. Chad had only seen my son for 30-40 minutes at most and the physical therapist has seen my son since he’s a month old. The physical therapist told me she does not see what they see. I went to a REAL doctor and got a second opinion. They are taking the proper steps and after I mentioned to them my experience and how they blamed the helmet didn’t fit because of his shoulder they told me that is incorrect information. I have heard it from them, my physical therapist, and my pediatrician. These people just want money and don’t care. Do yourself and your baby a favor and take precaution and go to a real doctor. I wish I had done that from the beginning.
