      I've contacted the company multiple times for a refund because the product broke after one use and they've been unresponsive aside for one email saying not to overload the laundry, which I didn't. I legit just want a refund.

      Purchased a laundry pet hair trapper after finding them in a ****** search. I scrolled through several reviews but now wish I would have dug a little deeper than that because the reviews on their site are clearly fake. The only thing this cheap, flimsy item did was break during its first use. Reached out to customer service and that's when I saw they don't accept returns. Not surprisingly, I haven't heard back. Absolute scam of a company, they should not be allowed to be in business. Do not waste your money here.

      I ordered a product online and they said it shipped almost immediately. Never received anything and they have no customer support. Upon further research, there are a lot of scams linked to this business. I want my money back and this business to be flagged.

      I ordered this product on June 8, 2023. I followed the instructions to the letter and put the Laundry Pet Hair Catcher from this company into my washing machine along with my dog bed. NOT ONE pet hair was trapped as advertised. $20.60 down the drain for what might as well be a bouncy ball in the wash.On June 28, 2023, I emailed them requesting I return the product for a refund. They refused and gave me the exact same instructions that I already followed. When that failed, I emailed them for the second time asking for a refund. They again refused AND then added I should buy two MORE! I am NOT spending a total of $60 on three pieces of cheap, flimsy mesh when it's already proved to do absolutely nothing!Please help me! They are essentially stealing peoples money and sending them a pretty piece of garbage. This product is a joke and they know it, that's why they do not give refunds.It's legal theft. There have been dozens of complaints filed against them. I should have done my homework before ordering.

      My husband ordered a product from IndigoPet.com on 4/25/23. The site promised delivery within **** business days. Ten business days later, there had been no update, no change to product status. On that date, 5/8/23, my husband emailed requesting to cancel the order. He received no response to his email. On 6/1/23, having waited 3 weeks for a response, I emailed the company to ask for the order to be cancelled & was denied, after much back & forth, b/c their "terms of service" state no cancellations, no refunds. Their "terms of service" also state delivery within **** business days, which did not happen. We are military & have since been transferred.

      On 05/21/23 I placed an order with the merchant for 24 dog toothpaste, however I received 14 on 05/26/23. Upon receiving my order, I contacted the merchant via email and sent them pictures letting them know that I only received 14 of the product, but paid for 24. I received a response on 05/29/23 informing me that the remaining 10 will be sent to me right away. Today is 06/06/23 and I have yet to get any tracking information on my order. I followed up via email on 06/03/23 and 06/04/23 about my order and got no response. I am looking to get the remaining 10 dog toothpastes that I paid for.

      Hello, I seen a video regarding cat supplies, Laundry Pet Hair Catcher and a cat self groomer. I followed the link to purchase them and awaited my package. This was on April 20, 2023. I tracked the package on April 27th and noticed it saying a shipment label was created on that date and awaiting the item. After a few days no package had been delivered, so I emailed the company and they stated due to shipping delay they had not shipped the items out. That they would be sending it out soon. After a few days after that I asked for a refund instead and they stated they were not able to give me a refund nor accept returns. I never received a package to begin with. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. I would like my money back or at least know they will not be scamming others as well.

      I purchased two lint traps on April 15, their shipping states delivery within **** days. I emailed them over a week later because I e never received shipping info, they stated shipping was a bit delayed. The very next day I received a shipping update that a shipping label was created at their facility. Still no movement. Ive emailed them several times between then and now, with no help other than your item will be shipping. I emailed them last Friday and said if it wasnt here or shipped out of their facility by Monday I wanted a full refund. Its ********** evening and I requested a full refund and they said they will do provide a refund or request.
