Long story short. Bought car from them and this is the only shop that has done repairs on the vehicle.My rear wiper went out. During first inspection, was documented and told new wiper motor was needed.On second visit, was told that motor was working, but installed incorrectly. I was charged $200 for this.My service technician didn't care. I brought to managements attention and they didn't care. What a weird hill to die on. You lost an established customer over a frivolous $200 charge. I'll be buying my next vehicle elsewhere.Review from charles k

I took my ***** in for transmission work. It was covered under an extended warranty. This was the second time I took it to this dealership for the same problem. I was told that the work would most likely be done within seven days so I rented a car while the work was being done. After the 7th day, and after many calls to them to find out the status of my repair, I was told that the transmission was covered under their previous work since they had just put the transmission part in. They told me they shipped it off to ***** as they had trouble fixing it. They did not inform me of their doing this. In the end, I waited a total of 18 days for the car to be fixed. After receiving it back, they informed me that ***** told them that it was not the transmission that was the problem but it was the engine mount. I drove the car home, and the problem was substantially worse than before. It smells like the transmission is burning and frequently gets stuck in 2 and 3rd ****. On top of it, I was charged almost $400 for the rental car as the warranty would only cover $350 of the rental car and ***************** told me that it was not their responsibility to cover the remaining amount. I have to say this is frustrating as they did not inform me that they were moving it to another dealership. I have to say, over the last 30 years, this was the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I bought the car from them and kept the service with them as they had always been responsible, timely, and performed solid work. In the past, when they kept it longer than 7 days they covered the rental until the work was done. Now my extended warranty has lapsed, and I am stuck with a worse problem than I gave to them, and I was stuck with a rental car bill of $400 because they could not recognize an engine mount problem and could not diagnose a transmission problem. A simple test drive after the work was completed would have been all that was needed to see that the issue had not been resolved.Bill Luke Fiat Response

It took too long to service my car, a month. *** never had *********** that long ever. It also took too long to find a solution after weeks of running tests. I had to have a rental longer than I thought I wouldve. Getting updates was not a priority, I would have to call and leave a vm most of the time. Of course the answer when I actually spoke to my adviser was were still running tests or he had to check with his techs. Never replaced my headlight and license plate light like I requested. They shouldve paid for my rental due to a delay on their part since I had to keep it longer because of them. Keeping me updated on my car was not a priority, neither was answering the phone and returning calls. Very unhappy and greatly inconvenienced.Review from diana u

s*** service sold me car with many issues and very overpriced. Told me there is a no negotiation policy aswell which is a lie. Sold me an unsafe care and neglected to help or pay for issues that i bought the car with that they lied to me about. lawsuit is comingBill Luke Fiat Response

*****, you purchased the vehicle 5/2021 and have put over 20k miles on the vehicle over the last 15 months. We cannot take care of items that come up as maintenance. I see you do have extended warranty coverage, that will cover most everything besides maintenance items. Our sales specialist ******************* was very helpful and went above for answering our questions while looking to getting a preowned truck. The entire ***************** team was great from beginning to end. Not only are they best in class in terms of utilizing technology to make the entire car buying experience easier, they are also very transparent about pricing and other costs. Their staff is extremely friendly and everything about my entire car buying experience was incredible.
