QuickSpark reviews the details of every transaction with our customers. We review over the phone, through email and ask each customer to review their equipment lease documents before signing. We make every effort to be sure they understand the terms, payments, and business benefits of equipment leasing. We strive to be as transparent as possible during each step of the process, so our clients feel comfortable with their decision. We advise that they thoroughly review the equipment lease agreement and address any questions or concerns prior to signing the equipment lease documents. The agreement between ************** and the *************** was signed in April 2021. The agreement clearly states the payments, term and that it is a Non-Cancelable Commercial Equipment Lease agreement. Our finance account manager has reached out to ************** to discuss his concerns and advise the next steps with the underwriter. We are sorry to hear he is having difficulty getting answers to his payoff questions with the underwriter. If ************** would like us to connect him with a direct contact at the underwriter, we would be happy to assist.

As previously stated, the QuickSpark team makes every effort to educate customers prior to commencing an equipment lease agreement. Our team went over the terms and payment structure prior to you signing the non-cancelable equipment lease agreement. The full payments agreed to for the term you selected are outlined in your equipment lease agreement and. QuickSpark is the broker in this transaction. Mr. Winter does not work at QuickSpark. The non-cancelable, business equipment lease agreement is held by the funder, ****************. You will need to work with them on your payoff options. Equipment can not be returned for buyer's remorse. Please continue to work with their team to come to a resolution.

On June 29th I was contacted by quickspark about my inquiry to purchase a printer from another company, because this the financial company they use. I was told several times I can pay off the items early to lower the total amount. I signed the agreement on july 26. I was just told that not an option and I'm only leasing the item and would have to pay the total leasing amount & also be able to purchase the item at fair market. Not only would I have paid for the items twice because of the interest rights I would still have to pay more to keep the items.Business response

Complaint ******** Response:
Having reviewed all aspects of this transaction I cannot see where Ms. ******** was told that she could pay off the items early to lower the total amount.
In addition, the documentation provided by the *************** in this case *********** is very clear on the terms including monthly payment and residual
payoff and or return of equipment at the end of the Lease term. As it clearly states on the documentation 'If You do not understand the terms and conditions of this Lease
You should consult with an attorney before signing." That being said I know that your Sales Person has spoken with you as well as attempted to clarify all of this information via email. If you would like
our assistance in communicating with *********** we are more than happy work with you.

August 24- 30, 2021. Attempt to apply for a lease of business assets. After providing more paperwork than a bank requires to purchase a million dollar real estate property, I was offered funds that would not cover even one piece of equipment. After all this back and forth I was continually told "the terms will be presented after an offer is made"; I guess the definition of a lease has changed. This is in fact NOT a lease, you cannot return it at the end of your terms, but a LOAN!!!!!Business response

Complaint ******** Response:
We apologize for any confusion or process errors on our side. The process is generally designed to be customer friendly and efficient.
Having looked in-depth into the concerns raised by Mr. ******* I see the likely culprit for confusion was our team trying to find
a suitable Underwriter for ****************** with each requiring an additional level of detail. In addition to confusing the customer
it led to us not being able to provide final terms which would then include details of terms for the end of the Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement including
in some cases the ability to either keep or return the items at the end of the term of the Lease. We welcome any opportunity to work with Mr. ****** again and
appreciate his feedback.

I filed for a loan with quick spark as I was seeking a short term lease on a piece of equipment I needed for our bakery. I was in an emergency situation as ours had just blown up. I was told by *************************** (an employee of quick spark) that I had been approved and needed to go get an invoice from the company I was purchasing from. I had everything ready to go and they even had the item on the truck to be delivered and set up pending ********************** and his final say. ********************** then emailed me out of no where and tells me that some documents I sent him were forged and that he was terminating my application. This is after he hit my credit with not 1 but 2 hard inquiries and I drove over 2 hours to pick out and sign for my new equipment. My shop has now been closed for the last 3 days and without the needed equipment I can't reopen and I'm not sure what's going to happen. ********************** and his accusations are costing me big time and are always very embarrassing.Business response

We Received the application for Mr. ************** Based on the preliminary information provided to the finance company in this case
*********** they were able to provide contingent approval to finance equipment Mr. ******* needed for his business. That contingent
approval is based on additional documentation and information being provided to the finance company. Mr. ******* then provided some of those
requested items. Based on the items provided to the finance company, they determined that there was a potential for fraud and chose not to proceed.
*********** at its sole discretion made that assessment. ************** would like to speak with *********** directly on this matter we would be
happy to help him connect with them.

I sought financing for a printer that cost $4,000 (estimate) from Coastal Business. Quickspark is the company I am complaining about. The way it was explained to me about the financing was like I could purchase the equipment. I have called Coastal and Quickspark. Coastal will not accept a return on the brand new printer. I have not had for ******************************** the box. Quickspark is ignoring my calls because they have shady business practices. I refuse to pay 200% for a printer when I can pay cash for the same printer. All I want to do is the return the merchandise. I surely did not agree to lease a printer for twice the amount and never own it. That is unethical to cohearse someone into leasing a printer they will never own. The worst part is that I was never told this would be a lease initially.Business response

Dear Ms. ****************************** have reviewed all aspects of this transaction including any related communications between yourself, Quickspark, the Equipment Vendor and the finance company.
The agreement signed between Ms. ******* and *********** clearly states it is a Non cancelable Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement.
All Terms of the agreement are clearly stated, including the monthly costs and opportunity to own the equipment at the end of the term of the Lease.
These terms are made available for review by Ms. ******* and any other individuals she would choose to have review prior to signing without any obligation.
Further we have several documented conversations between Ms. ****** and our Sales Team and Vendor that highlight contact and and an effort to find a solution
to Ms. ******* other than a return of equipment for buyers remorse which is not allowed by either the Vendor or the Finance Company. We welcome any attempts
to try and find a workable solution that meets the terms and conditions for all parties.

march 2021 my wife and I order some bounce houses and when we realized that terms were too high we cancel the order. For over last two months we have been disputing this matter with this company. A manager name James always states we are working on it to resolve it. It's been two months and we still going around in circle. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET AN REFUND ON MY MONEYBusiness response
05/14/2021
Customer Refund is in process and they have been notified that it would take some time as the funds were provided to the vendor in advance of shipment.
Vendor was in process of shipping when the Agreement was cancelled. At that point, the vendor must refund the Lease provider who then provides therefund to the end-user. Our leadership team is now monitoring this issue closely and will continue to update the end-user until the matter is closed.
