We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to provide clarity regarding the statements made in your complaint. Direct Fairways is not a scam. We are a legitimate and established company that provides golf scoring material to over ***** contracted golf courses across the **** and ******, proudly serving more than ******* satisfied advertisers.
On June 16th, we received notification from our answering service that you had reached out. A member of our team returned your call, and we spoke with you directly on June 17th. During that conversation, you inquired about an artwork change, which we confirmed had been received. At no point during that call did you express dissatisfaction or raise any concerns regarding your order. That same day, we sent you the updated artwork proof, which you reviewed and approved.
You emailed us again on July 26th with concerns regarding your account. Your ******************** complaint was submitted on Sunday, July 27th. As our office operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Arizona time, both your email and complaint were reviewed promptly the following business morning. We immediately responded with a phone callduring which we left a voicemailand sent a detailed follow-up email.
It is not accurate to say you were ignored. We have made every good-faith effort to communicate with you and address any concerns. You later informed us that you would be pursuing a bank dispute and were not open to further resolution.
While we stand firmly behind the quality of our services and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we cannot assist a client who is unwilling to engage in communication. Our team remains ready and willing to resolve this matter amicably.Review fromNathan R

1 starI made the mistake of advertising with direct fairways twice. The first time they upcharged without consent and put my advertising in a bench rather than a scorecard it took months to straighten that out. I most recently was charged over $1,500. I did not remember agreeing to any recurring fee so I disputed the charge and let Direct Fairways know. They said they had a recording of the conversation but could not play it for me, but they would play it for the bank. I asked for something in writing and they had no written record of our agreement. I will be continuing with my dispute.Direct Fairways LLC

1 starI was contacted by this company to purchase advertising space on yard cards for our local country club. They offered to sell it to me at $300 for 1 year or $350 for 2 years. H even emailed me a contract that they have with the club. I told him I would think about it but having done phone sales before I could smell something fishy. I called the country club myself and spoke with the head of their operations, she said they would NEVER do something like this. This company is using reputable clubs to bolster their fraudulent claims and it is absolutely despicable. We are a new small business and if they had been successful in their attempts to lie to me, it could have seriously tipped the scales for our company in a bad way. Do not fall for them.Direct Fairways LLC

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We want to clarify that we are a legitimate business with over ***** contracted golf courses and more than ******* active sponsors across the **** and ******. Our advertising programs provide local business owners with a unique opportunity to promote their services directly to golfers in their area. After reviewing the details of your submission, we were able to locate the original call and confirm that our team followed proper procedures throughout the interaction. Additionally, we can confirm that Twin Oaks Golf Course signed a formal agreement with us on June 25th, 2025. This agreement was signed by the Director of Golf at the course, and prior to initiating any production, we reconfirmed the courses participation and began collecting the necessary artwork to move forward. We take all concerns seriously and are open to discussing any questions or doubts you may have. We have also reached out to the course again to ensure complete clarity regarding their involvement. Please give our customer service team a call at ********** email. If youre open to speaking further, we welcome the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings and provide reassurance regarding the legitimacy of our services. 1 starOn April 25th 2025 I was contacted by Direct Fairways in regards to advertising my business on one of their scorecards for a local golf course in my area. I agreed to the first $399.00 they initially charged me and I explained to them at that time that it was all I was able to do for advertising at the moment and left it at that!! It was supposed to go into print within 6 weeks. I was contacted 4 weeks later by someone named **** who tried to upsell me to another $399.00 to which I told him I could not do!! Period!! He tried relentlessly over and over but I declined. So He said it would go into print soon! Now he then called me again 2 weeks later and gave me the exact same speech and tried to upsell me again!! He also said that they tried to take out another $399.00 from my account and it didnt go through in which I told him that he had no right to do that!! I didnt have the money in the account first off and he didnt have any permission to take it!! He told me that I agreed to it and I told him absolutely not!!! We finally ended the call in which I once again reminded him that they were NOT to take the money out of my account at all!!!! So now it is July 19th 2025 and I looked into my bank account and once again they took out $399.00 that they have no right to take or permission!! So I will be contacting them in the morning to demand all of my money back and also will be contacting an attorney!! They were told numerous times to not take my money!!! Please stay clear from this company!! Not to mention that the score card hasnt even been printed yet!!! I dont even want my business associated with this company at all!! I am doing just fine all by myself!! Thank you for listening and please heed my warnings if you value your money!!Direct Fairways LLC

Thank you for your feedback. Wed like to clarify a few important points regarding your account and our recent communications.
We had already spoken with you directly and resolved this matter prior to the involvement of the BBB. During our discussions, we reviewed your placement and the status of your advertisement at the golf course.
As explained, advertising time does not begin until the printed scorecards are delivered to the course. Per our standard terms and conditions, we allow up to 180 days to process and complete production, which includes the time needed to gather all participating sponsors for a specific course. This timeframe ensures the quality and consistency of the final product.
We understand your concerns regarding billing, and we are happy to revisit any unresolved issues directly. However, we do want to reaffirm that we remain within the agreed-upon production schedule and are committed to delivering the product as promised.
If you have any remaining questions or would like to further discuss your account, please feel free to contact us directly so we can assist you further.Review fromJohn C

1 starAVOID LIKE ******! ****** call centers are more trustworthy than this "business". It started with them offering to sign me up for a 2-year plan, at a discounted rate of $1197.00 with 3 large banners and a score card position. First, I was billed May 6, 2024, $399 then May 9, 2024, $798. So far everything looks good, but then I was billed July 31, 2024, $798. Without my knowledge or approval. THEN I was billed again on Oct 8, 2024, for $1197! Again, without my knowledge or approval!
After calling them I spoke with Kiauna about this problem, as an apology she gave me another golf course for "free" this time for a year. With confirmation of being paid in full.
NOW June 27, 2025, I'm billed again for $1197! Again, without my knowledge or approval!
Now after speaking with Jack, NOTHING got resolved! But the same thing was said, without offering a "free" golf course ad anyways. I emailed Jack with the same email that I received from Kiauna and an hour in no response... Shocker!
Then I proceeded to call the golf courses and wow one told me they were in a lawsuit with Direct Fairways and to get out and to not do business with them furthermore they have not displayed ANY of my paid for ads because Direct Fairways doesn't have permission to send anything to them. As for the other golf course, the woman misunderstood me she thought I was with Direct Fairways and told me to screw off and hung up on me.
Finally, I did ask Jack for a copy of our conversation and the conversation with Kiauna, since he claims to have notes of our conversation... again no response. Either way I WILL NOT BE PAYING. I'd rather pay a lawyer!
They NEED to change their name to Direct *******, at least to stay consistent with their services.
Please avoid, I cannot stress this enough.Direct Fairways LLC

On May 6th, 2024, Mr. ******* purchased our Standard Size Ad Placement on a golf course for a one-year term. A few days later, on May 9th, 2024, he upgraded his campaign to our Triple Banner Ad for a two-year term. At that time, we also provided information about our Premiere Ad Placement option. We maintained contact with Mr. ******* throughout the year. We spoke with him in November and December 2024 regarding his account and again on June 27th, 2025, at which point we reviewed the details and confirmed that his account was paid in full. After receiving this BBB review, we immediately reached out to Mr. ******* to review his account activity and address any lingering concerns. We sent multiple emails and made additional outreach efforts in good faith, offering to clarify and resolve any outstanding issues. We have not received further communication from Mr. ******* since issuing the refund and consider the matter resolved. However, should he wish to continue the conversation or has additional questions, we encourage him to reach out to our **************************** We remain committed to ensuring a positive experience and are happy to assist.Review fromRyan R

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!According to Direct Fairways a verbal agreement is all that is needed to lock you into a contract for payment. When I requested a recording of my verbal agreement, apparently, these are only used for "In house" purposes. My bank account was charged twice when I only authorized one payment total. But I can't get any confirmation, stating that I agreed to anymore than one payment to come out. In March, I specifically told Direct Fairways, that I WAS NOT interested in being upsold, and I only wanted one year of service. But supposedly, because I authorized ONE payment and gave my bank card information, I have now signed up to be billed quarterly. Yet I can not get any evidence from Direct Fairways proving I agreed to this. The representative, ****** *****, chose to speak over me with a very demeaning attitude. It's quite concerning that Direct Fairways has chosen to represent itself in such a manor. As well, there is no ****** listing for Direct Fairways. Generally this represents that the company does not wish to receive reviews. I would imagine this is due to their compromised business practices.I am at this time requesting a copy of my "in house" recordings, where any of the claims ****** stated can be proven as true. If it comes down to their word versus mine, I would like to hear a recording of me verbally agreeing to these terms ****** has claimed I've agreed to.I was told by ******, that a refund of $375 will be issued to my bank account. I will be eagerly waiting for the refund of the payment I never authorized to come out of my bank account. I was given written confirmation of this refund, so I expect it to be processed in a timely manner.I will at this time, be visiting the golf course where our advertisement is supposedly running to ensure my "verbal agreement" is in fact being met on their end.I look forward to your response with claims of what I supposedly agreed to.Review fromBen M

1 star******* called me at 3:32 p.m. on 6-13-25. He started in with his story and I tried to stop him to ask him if this was a spam call to which he got very angry he kept speaking and I asked him again. He immediately said "what a piece of work lady" and then hung up. I called back to speak to his manager and was told that was not going to happen. I have a record of every call that he made and that I made. He told me to go to his website which I told him I was not going to do because I don't want what he is selling. Then he did it again and told me " there is no reason to act like that to somebody that is just trying to help me." Again I asked for a manager and again he told me that it was not going to happen and asked his marketing manager ***** to get on the call to which nobody did get on the call and I asked to speak to his marketing manager then and was put on a hold and then hung up on yet again. Stay away from this company and these people. There are nothing but scammers and downright nasty and rudeDirect Fairways LLC

1 starBe careful with this company. They look like a legit business and maybe they are partially but keep an eye on your credit card because they will just go ahead and charge you without asking you. I did get my money back fairly easily, but the point is it was an unauthorized charge. so if I would not have noticed, they wouldve gotten $800 of free money from me.Direct Fairways LLC
