    Absolutely horrified by all these reviews! I wish I had seen them before using this company. We went through ****** and had a Jacuzzi sales *** come out and tell us how great they were and how ****** vets all the companies they work with. Like the other reviewers weve had nothing but disappointment from this company. Stay away, DO NOT USE Jacuzzi!!! They do poor work, when they sent a new crew to fix the mistakes, they made it worse. They dont return call promptly and when I ask them to come out to fix their previous mistakes they dont make it a priority to do so. I still dont have a working shower.

    Very overpriced (double the price of a natural stone shower) and they left my bathroom damaged and a mess. The salesman made promises that were not kept by the **************, do not walk away from this company!

    Very disappointed with this company. The sale **** deceived me into thinking he was only checking my credit eligibility when in fact I was signing a binding contract. This is the most crooked, underhanded thing ever done to me by a company I thought was reputable. I called customer service and the contract was canceled for which I am thankful. I would recommend you stay far away from this company.

    I needed a tub to shower conversion before thanksgiving. The Jacuzzi sales guy comes out and plays his games offering the job 22k and we settle at 15k (seven thousand less) without the shower door. Two statements were misleading That he could get it expedited and guarantee it will be done on time and no matter what they find it will be included in the ******** was not done on time and I had to spend 2000 more to another vendor because their installers could not complete the job. The Jacuzzi installer stated he could return on Friday after Thanksgiving which was another untrue statement. Jacuzzi did not want to pay the installer holiday pay and offered to finish the job the following week but I would need to miss work again. The scheduler and install manager continued to interrupt and give misleading statements on why the job could not be completed as promised and paid for. I received misleading sales promises, horrendous customer service and the job is still not complete.

    No! I am missing a shower door. I still cannot get the plumber out to fix my loss of hot water. customer service calls to schedule but leaves no call back number!!

    We went with jacuzzi bath to remodel our master shower took them months to ************* forward to June of this year, the base of the shower had a crack, we were told because of the lifetime warranty it'd be replaced (the whole thing) they tore out July 15th 2024 and had a shower kit to replace in their van, they said they couldn't install same day. They called the next day saying they didn't have my shower kit, they ordered the wrong one but that they were on it to replace. A month later, I have to reach out and shocker, they've had my kit but scheduling fell through. They came out August 22nd 2024 and were almost done with the work when an apprentice dropped a tool ruining the shower base, everything had to be ripped out. The supervisor said we'd be priority and our order would be rushed. Today September 30th 2024 and no one has reached out, we're calling and getting the run around from everything to we don't have an account, to we don't see your material here. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I'll be lucky to have my shower back before the end of next year at this rate

    Really great experience with one install and terrible experience with other. Shower floor has cracks, the finish work was sub par and I cannot get anyone for Jacuzzi to get back to me or come back out. The shower has been installed for less than 30 days.

    They claim they are a BBB accredited business on their website.I signed a contract with them on June 27, 2024. I gave the *** a check for the down payment at the time I signed the contract. They did the install on July 17. I gave the installer a check for the remainder amount when he completed the installation. That check was processed the following day. My deposit check was still not processed. I called them multiple times to ask why they had not processed my initial check. They gave me multiple stories, but couldnt explain why it hadnt been processed. I stopped payment on the check and called them to request the *** come to pick up another check. He picked that check up on August 2. On August 13 I called Jacuzzi to find out why my check had still not been processed. No explanation was given. I called them on September 4 and told them if my check wasnt processed through my bank by Friday, September 6, I would stop payment on that check and contact an attorney. Finally on Friday, September 6, the check finally cleared my account. I dont understand how it could take 2 1/2 months to get them to process payment. I have never tried so hard to pay a bill for work that was completed on July 17. They did a good job with installation, but their finance area is totally inept!

    Sub standard and incomplete work that was not followed up on as we had a Jacuzzi tub installed and it cannot be used due to their negligence.
