they [repair ???] my car for ******. No Testdrive,missing Licensplate they found it after 20 min., then they cant find 2 screws and a screwdriver to put it on the car, 15 min more. Car was dirty inside and outside, floormats,dashcover,steeringwheelcover in the trunk. Windsound on the NEW driverdoor. This all after 11 weeks in the shop. Then they made a carfaxreport ,the brakes are down and the ******* a oilchange. Why the f... nobody told my this???. By the way ,the car had a oilchange and inspection 5 days/ 300 miles for the accident. FRAUDSReview from Maggie m

The worst customer service ever. Managers never call you back when you try to contact them. The company fails to provide the necessary information to the insurance company and fails to provide a he needed documents. Company holds your car hostage and fails to complete work in a timely matter. Employees fail to communicate with each other and the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Two different employees send in the same paperwork to the insurance company when they should have submitted something new. Employees ***** Barbered fails to answer his phone and to call you back concerning updates on you car. Never ever will do business again with any Chapman related company.
