    Bought 5 vehicles with coulter nissan. I unfortunately was the one that recieved a Lemon on my certified used vehicle. That I have drove an average 4,500miles a year. They are not trying to resolve any of this. Please do not go here! Everything wrong with my car is things Nissan themselves put an extended warranty on to avoid a recall. I miss it by 5 months due to time. Not milage. They do not care about the Lemon Law. Be So super careful. And that's when we've ******** 5 vehicles.

    On 2/25/24, I was dropping one of my vehicles off at ***** across the street for service when I decided to walk across to Coulter Nissan to take a look at their used inventory. I did notice a 2020 Altima Platinum that caught my eye. I inquired about it, and took it for a drive with sales rep. **************** When we came back to store we met at a table to discuss numbers. ****** did ask me to sign a form to check only my credit score. I DID AGREE TO THAT PART. My score came back, and I signed that a copy was obtained on my behalf. ****** started working his numbers since I told him I needed to be at a $300 payment with $5,000 down. He took the deal back to his managers and they came back with $400+ a month. I refused it, I then offered to put down $6000 but i need $300 payments. He took it back once more. Again it was shot down. I understood. No deal was made so I departed. On Monday 2/26/24, I decided to submit an application with my preferred credit union. I was approved for the loan. I called ****** and advised her I was on my way for the vehicle with a preapproval. She said shed have the car ready and sales rep ready as well. I then test drove the car once more to make sure that was what I wanted. I went in, filled out referral document, and info documents. When in finance, ****** had no room to sell me a extended warranty or gap. But I was speaking to him when my phone started giving me notifications that Coulter Nissan was submitting inquiries to many different banks. I did make ****** aware that I did not need any other lender due to having an approved one I was comfortable . They insisted on trying to beat my rate which was not beat. I called Sales Director/ Manager *****. He sided with his team and stated I agreed to running multiple inquiries. I asked to fix the issue he declined and also declined to provide his last name. ******BE CAREFUL AND PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE****** I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN*****

    **** I am sorry you feel this way. It sounds like there was some confusion and I don't think anyone was trying to do anything but help to get a lower interest rate for you. When you signed the credit application that gave us the ability to do that. Again I am sorry there was some confusion on our part but please understand there was no malicious intent.
