Desert Escapes turned my boring backyard into a desert oasis. They just finished my landscape and lighting renovation and I am so glad I hired them. The owner, ***************************, was very professional and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. He and his team were easy to work with, which made for a stress-free project -- completed on time and on budget. I would definitely use Desert Escapes for any future needs.

New to *******, I was surprised at the existing irrigation system in a home we bought...rubber hose. I was used to having pvc systems and have had them for over twenty years. ******* at Desert Escapes was recommended to me (one of three I contacted for bids). to replace the existing system with pvc for the entire yard. Since I hadn't planned on doing this, we had already installed artificial turf in the back yard (had I know about Desert Escapes I would have had them do that job also). Running the new irrigation required pulling up some of the turf at the edges to run a sleeve pipe underneath. To my surprise, the job was completed in two days with new piping and drip systems in the front and backyard. It looked great, but *****, the job *******, wasn't satisfied and he returned the following day to "clean up things" that hadn't met his standard (which I probably wouldn't have seen). At the end of the day, they did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Obviously, things have changed from the time of the 2019 and early 2020 reviews!

Wow! What an amazing job Desert Landscaping did in our back yard! From installing irrigation, to artificial turf, lighting, planter walls, and planting all our trees I could not be happier. I happened to come across ******* while I was driving around looking at homes and he was busy working on a job site. I saw his actual work in the field, real time, and requested he provide a quote for my project that I have been working on. He contacted me right away, came out to my property and provided a competitive quote shortly thereafter. He just completed the job (which was not easy fighting through irrigation, landscape lights and wiring, multiple cactuses and palm trees) of lying turf.I have already reserved him for my next project (more turf and curbing) in the rear yard. If youre looking for a contractor that will install realistic looking turf and is not afraid of the difficult job (by the way, without any complaining) then I recommend ******* highly. I dont do reviews in general but felt compelled to for this guy. Seriously, please ... do yourself a favor and hire ******* (Desert Escapes Landscaping) and youll be extremely happy and you can thank me later.

We are very pleased with Desert Escapes Landscaping, LLC. We have a large yard with a ton of pavers and they look absolutely amazing. ******* was very flexible and patient when we changed our mind or if a product was hard to find due to Covid. He always checked in with us to see if we were happy with the progress and yard and even threw in a few great ideas that we would have never thought of ourselves. We recently had Desert Escapes Landscaping install turf in our back yard and highly recommend! ******* provide several turf options for us to choose from and didn't try to push the high price point options. When he came out to quote the job he was professional and polite. He and his crew were courteous and hard-working and completed the project quickly.

Clayton started almost 2 months past scheduled start date. He was scheduled to complete work in 2 weeks and it took almost 3 months. Job is still not 100% complete 5 months later. I had to file a case against him with the Registrar Of Contractors (ROC). Clayton worked onsite maybe a total of 15 hours the entire time. He also No call/No show at least 12 times. We had written contracts which he had to modify numerous times due after giving him half down at the time of signing contract. This was almost 2 months after scheduled start date that he finally started. Many the tasks we talked about that he said he would do, most of them he fell through on. Do not rely on his work because he will forget or decide not to do because he bid the job wrong. He also required half of the balance shortly after starting. Please don’t give him anything until the hob is complete if you decide to make the mistake of using him to renovate your yard.
