This business was hired to install an antenna in the attic at my house. I gave them a choice of using my antenna that worked well at ground level or use their antenna which they said costs $150. But if I use their antenna, I would save $50. It took several hours for the technician to wire from the Utility Room to the Attic. There was no reason it should have taken this long. Using my antenna, relocating the **** modem ( which was plug and play with 3ft of wire) and their 25ft of cable for the antenna I was billed $482.29. Later that same day, the reception went bad and I called them again. They replaced my antenna with their antenna and charged me another $261.41. The total cost for their antenna installation was $743.70. I later texted the company with my unhappiness and $120 was returned. After looking at the antenna they used, it could have been purchased from Amazon for less then $50. This is what is so upsetting. Their pricing is deceptive. You are paying for their time not a fee on the antenna installation If they take a long time to install the antenna, the customer is paying for it. If they cannot find their tools or bits to drill through the wall, you are paying for it. The antenna they are using is a very inexpensive antenna, in which during the install, they want to convince you to have it installed outside, which means more time, and more money that you pay. Their installers work on commission. Even more reason to take as much time as possible. The owner also talks about being a Veteran Owned business, which conveys honesty and integrity, which I do not believe they any of these qualities. The technician are kind and courteous, but the customer does not know what they are paying for, because they are paying for their time, no matter how slow they are. I feel very deceived.

This customer had called us out to install his antenna, which the technician on site had told him that ours typically work better, but the customer insisted on using his antenna first and wanted it placed in a particular place in his garage attic. the wiring needed to be ran a short distance into the laundry room leading in from the garage. The reason it took so long to run the wire is because where it needed to be routed through was being interfered by the customer's A.C. ducting and hot water heater piping that was going from the garage into the house via the attic. All of the work done was billed at our standard flat rate fees, not hourly as this customer portrays, the charge would have been the same amount if it took 5 minutes or 5 hours. The reason we recommend installing the antenna outside is because there is less interference for the antenna to receive its reception. many building materials in houses can deflect and block the ** signals that the antenna receives, and with the antenna being on the outside of the house, that is not an issue. The cost of installing the antenna on the outside would have been the same labor rate vs. in the attic, the only difference being the cost in wire would be marginally more, due to the length of the wire being longer. We offered multiple solutions to try to make the customer happy, by offering partial refunds for the work done (on top of already giving him multiple discounts on the original ****, including a military discount for labor, later to find out he is not even a veteran he just works for the VA, but we honored it anyways), and offering to come back out free of charge to fix any equipment issues he was claiming to have (and has still yet to show that there were any) we were able to get him approx. 104 channels with his antenna which means he was getting excellent reception for all of the phoenix stations as well as receiving some stations out of ******. As per usual, we go above and beyond to make our customers happy and confident that they hired a company they can trust, know is knowledgeable, and is honest. But we also know that not everyone can be pleased. We have reached out multiple times to this customer to try to make a fair resolution to this job, and the customer claimed he would be satisfied with the $120 refund we offered, and has since gone around to multiple review sites attempting to slander our company and being deceitful as to how the job was handled. We do not believe this is a fair review by the customer, and we normally would not go out of our way to point this out but as a small family business we feel both sides of the story should be known to those who reads this.

There are many inaccuracies with the vendors comments: First, I never insisted on using my antenna. I gave the technician a choice and he chose to try my antenna. My antenna is a highly rated antenna that costs over $80 while their antenna can be purchased from Amazon for less then $40. I did give him a choice and he wanted to see how my antenna would work. Secondly, the location of the wire run went around the **** duct. I have photos showing that it was a straight run from junction box above the door inside the utility room, going around the INSIDE of the room, drilling a hole above the door leading to the garage and then drilling another hole to the attic. This should have been a very simple installation. It took so long because there is no rush when they **** you for the time and you take your time to perform the work and find your tools. Thirdly, the way they are explaining the billing is not true. The technician states how long he is on the job site. Five hours for passing wire through one wall and one ceiling is too long. Fourth, I reached out the them to try to resolve this issue. Fifth, I originally demanded $200 be returned but only received $120. I even reached out to other TV Installers and was told that and a TV antenna installed for one tv would be $350-400. My reviews are intended to protect customers from vendors from being taken advantaged of.

There may be descrepancies on how hard it was to get the line ran, based on what my techs informed me on the job versus what the customer is claiming but i will side with both of my techs who were the ones actually up in the attic doing the work and both claimed the same thing, and both of them have been extremely open and honest techs for the years they have been working with us. However, the statement that we billed you hourly is completely false, you were billed at a flat rate which is the same rate we charge all of our customers for antenna installs, and even given a discount on top of that. As mentioned before, we did not deny you of the $200 you asked for, i simply said you would have to speak to ***** about it because the amount was nearly double what i was able to offer to you (and there was a very likely chance ***** would have approved it for you!), but you refused to speak to him. This should have never been this escalated of an issue and we have tried dilligently to work with you, but to no avail. We are sorry you feel like you were taken advantage of, but i assure you that you were not. After paying the technicians and issuing you a refund, we have barely broke even on this job, and that is not including the mass amount of time i have dealt with this issue in the office. So once again i assure you that we were never out to take advantage of you or any one of our other valued customers.
