I have been a long standing customer even before I joined the Marines. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years. Not anymore. They changed their store policy without having properly notified customers I do government contracts so I'm abroad most of the time. I have had a helmet in the store for a little over 3 years they have made plenty of money on me no big it was my fault. My problem is after the policy for paying over the phone was changed without letting me know. I could not pay for my **** while I was in a different country. They defaulted my loan and charged me almost twice what I had pawned it for with a smile. Then all while I was trying to contact them to see if it's ok to have my wife go to pay in person. They were having phone issues just kept beeping the busy signal. Even when they admitted the phone issue they offered me no help. They act like they are better than other **** shops but they are just the same if not worse. They lie to you. At the time of default a employee by the name **** felt bad and said he would add my last payment back to the loan but he didn't he just lied to me.

I have my laptop at Pawn 1st *****************************************************************. I have been paying the interest on it over the past year because I live in *********** now. They had a mobile app where I would pay everytime and just recently I found out that mobile app was no longer a thing. I tried to make my interest payment over the phone and the store manager, ******, said I could only come down. After explaining the situation he still said that was the new "policy". I do not understand why he wouldnt at least take a phone payment especially since I identified myself and my property. If this does not get paid then they are going to sell my laptop which has very important things on there to me. I do not have anyone that can just up and go make a payment in ******* on my laptop and I will not be able to make it down there in time by 12/14 without having to miss work. Thank you so much.

Today May 8 I visited the Pawn 1st located on the corner of 19th and ******** in ******* *******. I purchased an iPhone and a smart watch, both of which were tagged by their smart buy guarantee. Before purchasing the iPhone I turned it on to make sure it was the carrier I needed to activate the device I was buying. The lady behind the counter also told me to check the device to make sure it was the carrier needed because once I checked the device for same carrier service, the phone would not be returnable. After paying for the phone and the smart watch with the receipt in hand, I begin the process of activating the phone of which time I was informed by the carrier that this phone with *** locked/stolen behind identity theft, scams for new phone accounts. So I immediately return to the pawnshop and explain the situation of which time I was told that all phones sold out of that pawnshop were parts phones and it didnt matter if they were stolen property. They were just part phones so it doesnt matter and I would not be refunded any money, and she took it a step further to say that she told me all the phones sold there were parts phones, and that is a 100% false statement , I responded by telling her that what she told me was to turn the phone on and check it to make sure the carrier of service on that phone was the one I was looking for because there were no refunds on phones, and I also said if I was buying a parts phone why would you tell me to turn it on and check the carrier for service number one number two both the iPhone and the smart watch work tagged with the smart buy tickets with a tag with a smart buy ticket. There are guarantees that come with that and third in no way, shape or form. Were these phones under a glass case noted anywhere on the shelving on item or anywhere in that store that they were parts phones I paid for used retail for a stolen phone. Smart watch was also sold to me as a versa 3 and it is only a versa 2 . This the 100% truth .

My husband went to this **** shop and he got a Vizio tvs and he asked the guy if he had a 50 " or a 55" inch tv and he said he did . But it turned out it was a 45" and 46". It cost my husband $260.00 with the insurance and everything and the other was the same price. It was originally $206.00 dollars for the tvs. The salesman name was ****** and there address is ************************************************. There phone number is 480 962-8888and that is there direct line and he told me and my husband that he was the manager.and he said I don't remember customers. We are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen We are a disabled couple and we are on social security disability. My husband really spent over $500.00 dollars in that **** shop and the guy made us walk back and forth. They also ripped us off with movies game system and other things and they were always rude to me when I called. And it was a lady and she hung up on me. And she was also rude in the store. And he got the ** in February or March of this year. And we don't live in that area anymore. We ended up homeless because the landlord didn't want to renew our lease. Resolution, we want our money back or two replacements of the tvs. Please. Thank you.
