If I could leave zero stars I would. They charged me $100 in unexplained fees. I took my ***** volt into Sun City Auto Service to get a quote on a coolant leak checked out. I decided to go to another shop to get another quote and they charged me $100 in fees that were not explained to me at all when I dropped off the car the day before.The day before the employee at the check in desk did not explain the fee for checking the car when I handed over the keys the day before, and tells me it's going to be $100 the next day for the coolant check before I can get the car back.The worst part of this experience was the poor attitude of the owner, ***** talking down to me about my knowledge of my car's issues, and him trying to justify the $100 fee. He said "if you don't want to give me the $100, you're not getting your keys back". When I dropped off my car, there was no explanation of fees. He tells me he can lower the fee to $75, but got flustered/emotional when I started questioning where it explained the fees anywhere in the shop or that the check in desk employee didn't say anything about the fees. He then puts the price to get my car keys back at $100. Overall my experience with this auto shop was shady, and I would not recommend going here. If you do go here, get a summary of charges before handing keys over. Don't let them s**** you over like I was and have them decide what fee to charge you that isn't posted anywhere based on how they feel.
