    We bought a livestock records program and we have lost all the records and have not been able to contact them for customer support. The phone number goes straight to voice mail and no way to leave a message and all emails come back undeliverable.

    Dates of transactions in attempt to unlock Ranch Manager Open was done on 11/3/2024, twice on 11/22/2024, and twice on 11/23/2024 I have tried multiple times to contact White Mountains Livestock Company via email, support tickets, phone calls, and through their online website form since 11/3/2024, and every attempt was unanswered.I have now paid ***** of the ****** full price even though I was wanting to do the monthly paymant plan of ***** per month.If the White Mountains Livestock Company will actually assist me so I can resume using my Ranch Manager Open Software and subtracts the ***** from my bill for the annual license, I will consider this issue resolved. If they do not resolve this issue, I want a full refund. My attempts to get support going unanswered only makes me feel that this company is either not active anymore and just taking peoples money, or they have very poor customer support. I need my program for my livestock, and having it not accessible is not only inconvenient, it makes it to where I have to keep paper files which I do not have storage space for.

    Back on January 11 2024 I purchased a license for there program Ranch Manager on a month subscription. The money was taken out of my ****** account, but the license never worked. I have phoned several times and left messages which no one has gotten back to me in these 3 weeks. I have sent several emails to which were returned from postmaster as they do not work. Took emails right off the website. I also created a ticket from their website still with no reply back. Im not sure at this point if this company even exists and I hope that no one else gets scammed like me, I had used the free version on my phone for about 7 months and had decided to try the full version for my computer and the cloud. I would really like to know if this company is legit and if they are why no one has helped me out and if not stop them from scamming people thank you

    On May 18, 2023 I paid White Mountains Livestock $150 to purchase a license for their Ranch Manager software. My license number is *************************. I had previously used their free version of this software for many years. I need to download the current software and need help from the company to ensure that my data is not lost in the process. I have phoned them at ************ and left voicemail repeatedly over the past 3 weeks, and have sent email to ************************************************************************** I have not received any response to any of these *********** many years of data is no longer accessible. Ideally I would like to download the current software and resume use of Ranch Manager. Failing that I would at least like to regain access to the data I created, and have my license fee refunded.
