I wanted to let everyone know what *** personally experienced from my ex husband working for *************************** at Certified Benz & Beemer in **********, *******. *************************** presents himself as a family nan with the dealership being quite contrary as a family environment . He has created such a hostile work environment where screaming, belittling his employees in front of other staff and management has been unbearable for anyone to take. Sone of the stories Ive heard about ***** bloated ego and power he thinks he possesses because he has money, needs to be stopped. He screams like a lunatic at the top of his lungs at his staff and management to the point that no one wants to work for him anymore but are scared to say anything because of getting fired. **** uses his power of money over his staffs head and needs to be exposed for the hostile work environment that he has created. He literally started a meeting on Monday, March 25, 2024, after coming back from vacation and a wedding, only to start screaming at a 10 AM meeting to the point it was unbearable. Who comes back from vacation screaming at staff for no reason but because he has power and owns the dealership. He is an angry, greedy, selfish, unbearable man to work for and I invite any of his sales force to speak up. His bad behavior needs to stop as this environment is not a safe one to work in. When I was fighting for my life in the hospital last year, ************************* decided to write my ex husband up, although I was in a comafighting everyday to live. What a horrible person and employer to work for as money was more important than the value of life. Ever since my hospital stay, *************************** has been on my ex **** and I have seen and witnessed a significant decline in his mental well being because of the verbal attacks from **** and walking on eggshells everyday at work. He screamed so bad at his son in ************ so badly he almost ripped a vein in his neck. What employer has this much power to belittle, embarrass, and hold their job over their head everyday? To say this is a hostile workplace, is an understatement. I hope you thoroughly investigate this claim as the bad behavior by **** needs to be exposed.
