With all the rain, snow and bad weather it was a pleasure to head to the beach. We want to thank *** and ****** for all their help with coordinating our vacation. We stayed at the ************************ and the staff, service and food was up to their usual high standards. We can't wait to go back later this year for our Anniversary. Please put us on your list of good deals for November. Thank you again for all your help!

We just returned from the ******* ****** in Tulum and absolutely loved the resort. It was clean, the food was great and the staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable. *** was a huge help. She made sure all the details from our airfare to the hotel transfers went smoothly. Being able to take a charter out of ********* saved **** ton of money. After putting our vacation on hold for 2 years due to C19, we needed the time away. Please let *** know we will be booking again in 6 months and to find us a good deal. We've had nothing but great experiences with Sunset Travel. Their prices and service simply cannot be beat (and we've used other agents in the past). Specifically, ******************* has been amazing to work with. We had to reschedule multiple trips due to Covid issues, and ***** was instrumental in getting those rebooked quickly, communicating with the hotel, etc. We would have been lost without her. ***** is also extremely knowledgeable regarding resorts that suit our preferences. She even found us a smoking deal on a resort we had never heard of (which we wound up loving). We cannot thank ***** and Sunset Travel enough.Sunset Travel Response

We worked directly with ************************* at Sunset Travel and could not have been more pleased! ***** made our vacation planning a breeze handling everything with professionalism rarely seen in todays marketplace!***** is definitely and expert on the Karisma Properties! Always understanding and so very patience, although we made several changes during our reservations, ***** never wavered. We are so happy we found Sunset Travel as they have been overwhelmingly the best travel company we have booked with in years! We are currently getting ready to leave the Secrets ********** in *************** ******. This is a stunning property and my wife and I really appreciate all ****** did to be sure our trip went smoothly. This beach, pools, staff, and food are better than we expected considering how new the property is. The ride was about ************************************************************************************************** **********. I actually feel safer here than in a big city in the **. Everyone is wearing masks and the staff keeps the property very clean. Again, thank you for your suggestions and help. We already look forward to returning!Sunset Travel Response

This was the first time my husband and I booked an all inclusive trip to a resort and only the second time in 30 years that we used a travel agency. I cannot say enough great things about Sunset Travel. Working with ***** was an absolute pleasure. She made everything so easy and was always very prompt and responsive to any questions I had. Everything we needed to do and have before leaving was communicated to us (especially with the uncertainty of Covid) and we felt very comfortable going to a foreign country. The trip was amazing and everything went off without a hitch but we knew that if we had any issues, Sunset Travel had out backs. I would highly recommend to others.Sunset Travel Response

My wife **** and I just returned from **********************. The resort was stunning and the beach sand was the nicest we have ever experienced. Thank you sooooo much for being patient with us while we asked a million questions. We thought we might run into problems traveling to ****** based on the reviews we were reading on Tripadvisor, but the Majestic exceeded our expectations. ****** made everything go smoothly and saved us over $475. I'd like to give a huge shout out to ******************* for assisting me with my travel arrangements despite many changes to my plans. She was always understanding and very patience with my requests and changes. I am usually not a fan of travel agencies but ***** was great to work with and I highly recommend requesting her if possible! My boyfriend and I just returned from the HardRock ************. We were not sure where to go since we had heard so much about all-inclusives. Thank you so much for suggesting the HardRock. Not only was the food great, the foam parties a blast but there were so many choices for restaurants that even with 6 days we could not get to them all. We loved snorkeling in the lagoon, climbing the rock wall, and especially the Temazcal experience with the Shaman. It was sooo cool. Thanks to ****** for all her help and for putting up with our indecision on where to go. She has incredible patience. We can't wait to go back.Sunset Travel Response
