In my opinion, this company, which apparently owns/controls ******** Wifi, uses some very questionable business practices. They make awesome promises during the sales pitch, then rattle off different, contradictory information really quickly at the end of the calls. During the sales call, they also promised a $50 rebate that they never delivered. Customers have to wait until 10 am--Sonoran Integrations' time zone--to receive any support. By that time, the customer may have been waiting for hours for restoration of service, losing precious hours of business and productivity. The website design (UI, UX) is very ineffective: The sales contact form and tech support forms are right on top of each other, making it very difficult for customers in a hurry to distinguish between the forms. There is no phone number for support (to reach a live person). You just have to find their hard-to-find tech support form, submit the form online (even though your internet service may be down), and wait until they finally decide to respond to you. And the tech support staff is less than nice or sympathetic. On top of everything, their prices are outrageous, and if you have extra minutes that you paid for, at the end of the month, you simply lose them. I hope more people discover how problematic this company is.
