Flues werent open and no instructions to open. When I reported fumes the manager told me I was not smelling them. When I found the fumes and reported that, the manager told me her company wasnt responsible for the fact that there was no communication about the flues. Water filters had not been changed (per the handyman, who came to change them and throw one out) but manager told me they had and that I was just being placated. Told the house was five blocks from highway but it was just 3. Three unannounced visits from maintenance.Review from Taylor S

Worst trip ever!! Company completely took my money and didnt care about anything else. Wouldn't help with place that was disgusting when i got there and didn't care about anything else. Places that they have literally ***** cockroaches and They didn't offer money back or any type of reimbursement. i called the next day after arrival.Review from Loria L

DO NOT USE THEM- I booked a rental from them and when they took my last payment they decided the rental was going to be removed from the rental site. Long story short- They put the same rental back on the site for ******* more than what I had paid for it. GREEDY and unexceptable.Review from Tara T

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights and it was amazing. Our kids, 1 and 3 years old, enjoyed the lazy river, kids pool, and the slide. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was exquisite. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation spot and we will definitely come back.Review from Tara T

DO NOT USE1111 DO NOT USE1111 I booked at a stay for a condo 3 days in advance in off season. Received confirmation,etc, etc.Day before leaving I receive a text at 8 AM saying that I did not complete security confirmation at GUESTRANGER website. I did, not only once but twice!After 12 text, 4 phone calls to management saying they would see why security check could not find reply they said they were canceling. I reached out to GUESTRANGER an.d they said in email lead it was done-could not renter. I told Casago- call the owner and see if they will over ride- they would not!I have gotten into the *********** with less 4 or 5 step processes. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME!!!!!!!!Review from To M

I would give zero stars if I could. They nickel and dimed ** as property management for our short term rental. They charge triple what other comparable management companies charge. We had guests for an entire month and ended up PAYING THEM due t o all of the fees. Horrible company that ended our contract due to not being able to field our questions/feedback. Our family stayed in Rocky Point at **************** and everything about our stay was wonderful. The views are stunning! Our host, ******, was very responsive to our questions. The front desk service was fantastic; all of the reservation agents were extremely helpful, patient and very friendly making our check-in fast and easy. The unit was gorgeous! We overlooked the pools and ocean, and the pool/restaurant service was fantastic. Grounds are immaculate and beautiful, and *************** is well groomed. Rented a beautifully decorated, comfortable condominium in Rocky Point with a fabulous wrap-around deck and gorgeous views. The ****************** was beautiful as well, with friendly and helpful staff. Would love to return! Casago was a pleasure to work with.
