      Stay away from this company for *ANY* service needs. They are unreliable, disreputable and have awful customer service.This story involved the repair of a spa heater that had been under warranty and the nearly 1 year it took to only partially get it resolved.Four (4) times their tech. was scheduled to come out - and just didn't show up.three (3) more times we reached out to them (via text, **************** no response.Each time I called the service manager and was told 'yeah, that's a problem', but no accountability nor apology.Avoid this business - there's no way they should recieve a 'A++' BBB rating.

      I would like to apologize for our lack of communication. It took longer to complete this job, due to parts availability from the manufacture and a lack of manpower on our end. The original job was installed by one of our subcontractors that did it through his own business. We tried to do our best once we were contacted in regards to warranty work. I am sorry that did not go well. We are always trying to improve our customer service and your feedback gives me valuable information to work with. I have put a credit of $100.00 on your account that can be used at any of our Retail locations if you choose to give us another shot. Thank you

      These people promise to repair a pool pump but never ordered parts. All they want to do is sell you new equipment

      Hello ****, I do apologize that you experienced that in our store. We have a long history of honest customer service and repairs. We have stayed in business by treating others how we would like to be treated. Fixing broken pool equipment is our specialty. We absolutely sell just parts and help people push those big expensive off if possible. Of course we can make mistakes and orders don't always happen in a timely fashion due to a variety of reasons. I sincerely apologize that your order slipped through the cracks. We have helped you for many years with repairs and normal maintenance and I am sorry this interaction did not got as well as previous ones. I hope you are willing to give us another chance to serve you again! I have issued a $25.00 in store credit on your account with our Retail stores. Thank you for your business.

      If i could give less than 0 stars i would give A&M Corson Service negative 0... Anyways to start my horrible experience on a friends recommendation I had A&M Corson's provide me a quote to replace my single stage pool pump with a variable speed pump. I was unaware at the time that Corson actually did repair work i visit the store regular for chlorine and other pool supplies but was unaware of their service side. I called and setup the manager to come out and look over my equipment and provide me a quote (the repair manager *****), ***** came out and looked at my equipment and provide me with a decent cost over the phone for the work, i asked him to email me the pricing so i could compare to the two or three others quotes that i got. Well days went by from my originally call and still i had not seen a quote but during my original call into the office the office manager went ahead and scheduled my install she said because they where 2-3 weeks out for repair/service work this is what they do and if i didn't get me on the books i could get pushed out many more weeks and it is better to schedule the install then cancel if you decide not to use Corson. So not knowing what i know now i guess i appreciated her trying to get me on the books and we scheduled the appointment. So back to the day of the quote and ***** said he would email me the quote well day after day went by (4-5 days after the quote) and nothing came via email, so i called and left a message for ***** to call, again days go by and i heard nothing. Keep in mind I'm scheduled for the install already and haven't even seen the quote just a verbal over the phone. I called again after day 8 from the original quote and the lady in the office said she would again leave another message for *****, no returned call. Now it is two days before my scheduled install date and still can't get ahold of my quote or ***** over the phone, again i call the office and no return call. Well i thought for sure at this point the service had been canceled i hadn't even giving them an actual green light for the install because i had nothing in writing.. Nope service guy (josh) shows up at the house and starts work??? Well guess what a miracle happens and i finally get a text from ***** that morning oh and i get the quote via email as well.. Upon my review of the quote the price had changed drastically like over $1k from what he told me over the phone and we needed to discuss some of the options i had asked of him to price. Then the installer (****) didn't even have all the materials he needed to complete the work. So he has to leave but wait before he leaves he removed one of my pumps and some of the pool piping and just bounces, like literally didn't even turn off the breakers to my pool (so if i wouldn't have checked when i got home from work and shut everything off i would have had a mess in the middle of the night when my timer would have turn my pool motor on) he just up and left. I couldn't believe it but thought to myself well it is a hot day and maybe the guy had a long day. Well i text ***** to tell him about how i found my system left and he apologized and informed me that the guy would be back the next day to finish the work. Well next morning rolls around and i text ***** to see when **** would be out to start fixing the pool -no response, the afternoon rolls around and i get a text that says **** will be out at 10 am on Saturday to finish. I said okay great at this point just want the pool hooked back up because it was going on 4 days without the pool running and its starting to turn green from the lack of circulation. Now fast forward to Saturday and 10 am comes and goes and no **** then 11, 12 rolls around and no ****?? Keep in mind im texting him to see when he will be out, well around 1pm **** text me and said he forgot about a family event and he would like to reschedule for Sunday at 10am. I said okay but told him he would need to bring a few gallons of chlorine with him as it had been 5 days without my pool running and it wasn't looking good he agreed and said he would bring some. I changed my plans for Sunday and expect **** to be over at 10am well guess what Sunday morning 10am comes and goes no **** then 11 comes and goes no ****, at that point fed up with the lack of professionalism i text both **** and ***** and told them that i don't want them back out to my house.. DON'T HIRE A&M TO DO ANYTHING BUT SUPPLY YOU WITH CHLORINE AT THIER STORE. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional at all levels on their service side of the company.. "
