            During Covid I canceled my service the lady was so rude she yelled at me for coming in the office to ask about my service I proceeded to just cancel my services that day ! They then claimed I didnt pay them while they cleaned my pool for one or 2 more month! Now they have a collection after me for them cleaning my pool without authorization! And filed a derogatory credit on my credit report! The owner ***** should fire every one of those old rude ladies that work for him!! Oh and they dont even take credit cards or any form of payment besides checks !! Its 2022 not ****. I need the derogatory **** removed from my credit report or I will be filling legal action against them!

            I have been a customer with ********************** for more than 10 years. If you are looking for honest and dependable customer service then ********************** is the way to go. I value that I can call them with any question or concerns regarding my pool, pool equipment, and really any pool related topic. All the staff and owner ***** are willing to help and treat me with respect. If you have to leave a message at the office, you will hear back from them right away. I feel like they value me as a customer. The pool tech that visits my pool each week is courteous and reliable. A friend asked me why I pay for a pool service and I said I like having a company I trust take care of the pool so I can be stress free and just enjoy the luxury of having a pool in ********** highly recommend Blue Water Pool Chemical *** for pool service.
