After having several companies come out for a consultation we decided to go with Sun Valley Pools. ****** had some great ideas and has an eye for design. His price was very reasonable and he was always looking out for our budget. Most companies could not even begin the project for 4+ months and take another 6 months to complete. Sun Valley Pools started within 2 weeks and finished the job within a few months. (there were some delays due to the crew catching covid and all the holidays- Thanksgiving, Christmas **** ********** ***...all of this was expected though and still finished within a timely matter)We went from hating our yard to loving it! Aside from great customer service, awesome design, reasonable pricing, quality of work,,,we found ****** to be extremely honest and trustworthy which is hard to find these days. I have had almost all home improvement projects go wrong due to me hiring untrustworthy people. This was the first time I hired the right company the first go around! If you're looking to get your pool/yard remodeled or put in a pool, do yourself a favor and call Sun Valley Pools. No need to call anyone else. You will be well taken care of and the end result will be amazing!! I promise you! ****** thank you for transforming our yard! It's so beautiful!!

I want to highly recommend Sun Valley Pools for anyone looking to remodel your pool. Lionel was completely professional at all stages, giving us realistic time lines for every aspect of the work and then meeting those objectives. The chip out on our pool began about a week after my neighbor across the street and we are enjoying our totally renovated pool while they are hoping to finish in the next month or so.Five stars only because I can't award any higher number."

We decided to use Sun Valley Pools AZ LLC when redoing our swimming pool after our pool service company and realtor highly recommended them. They were reasonably priced and did a beautiful job. We could not be happier. They were easy to reach and quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. Lionel was so helpful as we looked for waterline and cap tiles. Most were out of stock due to the covid shutdowns. He was even calling around other places to look for tile availability. When doing the plaster chip out, we were expecting quite a mess in our yard and neighbors' yards too, but when the work was done and we went outside, there wasn't anything to clean. They took care of everything and our neighbors had no mess either. The plaster chip out crew, tile installation crew, and the crew that installed our mini pebble all did an amazing job and were very professional. We love our pool and would highly recommend Sun Valley Pools AZ LLC to anyone looking to redo their pool.
