Made an order on Aug. 14, 2024. Money was immediately taken from my checking account. To today's date, April, 22, 2025, I have received no socks or explanations. On August 27, 2024 I placed an order for 3 pair of compression sock after a 2-day stint in the hospital. It is now 11/13/24 and no stockings have been received. No response to emails to the company. I ordered a series of compression stockings mid August of this year. Although they posted that my order was received and money was taken from my **** account no shipping date was ever given. The only way to contact them was by email. I sent several requests for the shipping date. Unfortunately, I never checked posted reviews. Apparently this is their way of doing business, take orders, get the money and never ship anything.They still have a website up and take orders I am surprised that they can have a website and have a business plan of receiving money and never shipping.Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 pair of compression socks on 8/21/2024. Advertisement says you should have your order within 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails & made several calls & have not received any response. When sending email, it says give us several hours to reply. I have given them plenty of time to respond. Sad way of doing business. I just would like my purchase of $36.93 refunded. On August 7, 2024, I ordered and paid $87.90 through my **** card for 6 pairs of compression socks from Affordable Compression Socks. I received confirmation with confirmation #0JFW00X0L. After I put in my order, they offered additional pairs of socks at a hefty discount. I said no, and they offered extra socks for an even larger discount. I said no again. And for a third time they made an even larger discount for ordering additional socks. I did not change my order, sticking with the 6 pairs of socks I had chosen.On August 19, I wrote an email to the company using the address on my orderasking if they were on their way. The email was returned with the note that The recipient's inbox is out of storage space and inactive.When August 27 rolled around, and I had not received these socks, I went back to the website and used their Track Your Order link. It said the socks had not yet been shipped. I sent a communication through their website, to which I received no **********, on September 10, 2024, I composed a snail mail letter and sent it to the address on the bottom of their website: Affordable Compression Socks, ************************************. It came back a few days later with a sticker that said insufficient address. Now I have looked at their Terms and Conditions and found that I could add Suite 103 to the address, but I am not hopeful of getting an answer because they are not answering their phone either.When called their telephone number, **************, the recording said sorry they couldnt answer but I could send them an email or contact them through their ******** page. I did look at the ******** page, but previous customers had the exact same complaints I have: Affordable Compression Socks does not send their socks and then they do not respond to inquiries. I placed an order for compression stockings on 8/25/24 and I was immediately charged on 8/26/24 for $70.66. On 9/9/2024 I emailed the company because 10 business days had passed, and that I had not received my stockings the status of my order was unfulfilled. I did not hear from the company. On 8/23/24 I sent a second email noting that 20 business days had gone by and if they could not fulfill my order, then I would like a refund. I have not heard from the company; my order status is still unfulfilled. I have placed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge. I have order product from this company twice before, 9/3/23 and 2/19/24 and always received my stockings in the promised time.Initial Complaint

Placed an order weeks ago, and they did not ship the item. Email their customer service to ask for an update, and received no response. Emailed asking to cancel, still no response. I then opened a dispute with ******. The business told gave ****** a tracking number and my dispute was closed as "delivered". The tracking number shows as generated only, it was never shipped. This business operates in bad faith, has impossible to reach customer service, and does not operate within the posted *** provided but their website.
