      This place made me apply through text message then blasted every lender they could try. Now I can't get approved for a car because if them.

      False advertisement and the "ad ons" that are not optional! have never in my entire life experienced a car dealership that adds items on to a vehicle and passes this on to the customer as if we requested it. Then to be told this is how they make money because the car is marked down below market price! I don't need a gps, low **** or window tinting for $699 a piece. What a bunch of crap! I would say until this practice is changed to definitely avoid this company!

      Having bought a used car ******from mark mazda i was lied to repetedily by salesman sales manager and gm on work that was suppose to b getting done i would stay as far away from this dealership as possible i unwound the deeal and ran out very quickly..store manager was exceptional in getting my money back i would of bought a new car that day ..but after 12 days of lies i was gone..**** the g m is terrible

      Loved the CX-9 and was ready to purchase however, the website stated the suv was at the dealership then was told 5 days, then told more like the end of the month (all within an hour) however you can get the model with a higher package today at a higher price. Then the advertised price online suddenly didnt include the options of tinting, lowjack, and a key warranty program all at additional costs. Why does the window sticker state: Total MSRP includes destination charge and additional costs for vehicles equipped with available packages, OPTIONS OR ACCESSORIES We stated, dont give ** those but the manager wouldnt adjust. Even the doc prep fee was almost double the norm for **********. Very deceptive.

      My experience at the dealership was fantastic, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me with trading my car in and getting a a good deal on my new Mazda CX 5. They check in with you through email when you purchase the vehicle and keep you up to date on your vehicle service which is amazing. I highly recommend Mark Mazda

      Terrible business practices. I would truly not recommend this dealership to anyone. They took advantage of my daughter, added on a lot of dealer add on's that were not wanted. Pushed her thru the signing process very quickly without explaining anything to her. Jacked the price of the car up $7000 which she can not afford. Got her a loan with a ***** interest rate and never gave her any other options. This seems to be a consistent practice for this dealership. Not trustworthy and very sly. They don't even deserve 1 star

      Very disappointing experience in this dealership. The salesman then tried to convince me that a 22600$ dollar car with a 10% interest rate came out to 550$/mo for 72months. The math doesnt add up there but he tried to assure me that it was correct but the amount on calculator was over 40,000$ and he had no explanation for it he then talked about fees and I asked him about the 700$ Doc fee which he explained as paperwork, I tried to deal with the finance employee, and was told no, they just brought him out real quick to assure me that the math they did was a glitch or something then he disappeared and they had us waiting for about 2 hours after extensive waiting I said me and my partner would go for food and return and magically the finance manager was available the salesman followed me out the door and said if I leave, Id probably end waiting again if someone went ahead of me sure enough returned in 20 minutes and there was someone ahead of even though the dealership looked like there was no customers.. there were salesman at their desks on their cellphones. When finally in finance I tried to deny dealer addons and was told I must buy or pay for the addons in order to purchase the vehicle. They have a pamphlet that clearly states the dealer addon is optional and is not required to finance or buy a car on a key fetch service they said it wasnt true and was required when in finance they asked me to sign a paper for lojack, the paper had a big boxed paragraph, in bold stating that the service is optional and not required to purchase a vehicle. Again I was told that i must pay for it to buy the vehicle, and they tried convincing me I somehow verbally agree to pay for them earlier. Finance manager also did not use my bank and switched banks without my knowledge. I have audio recording of them trying to lie to me and be deceptive I offered them a chance to remove the addons and Id go back and purchase. Tried to work it out even though they lied, denied.

      P.S. apparently I was signed up for one of these products even though I refused them and never ended up buying a vehicle. I received a text message confirmation will be filing with AG

      They all are cons, no docs provided, will not return emails, scam adds into deal that cost the cust ****, they sent a vehicle out w/o fuel, def fluid, lic plate. Just a great example of a trash team.

      Good morning. Customer is not telling the truth. everything was fully disclosed up front. We even offered not to do the deal and cancel transaction, customer wanted to proceed. Out of state As far as fuel vehicle was shipped on a flat bed truck we cannot put fuel in it per the trucking company. The temp license plate was emailed to him again not true what he said. Customer is threatening our employees and been very hostile over the phone. Thank you for your business

      Misleading, terrible communication on Terms of Lease, and evasive in answering questions clearly and direct.**** did not fulfill his obligation to give me direct answers on financial terms, Promotions, and Upcoming Promotions. When asked questions he did not give me accurate information!!!!!Bad **************** to make a commission. I really want out of this terrible Lease, I overpaid!!!
