Outstanding service from multiple locations. My husband became ill and them completely disabled during the pandemic. The ********** store was amazingly easy to work with in spite of the obstacles. From buying a lift chair to renting expensive items to try out, service was fast, safe and courteous. When we recently had trouble with the electric lift I emailed the manager I had dealt with before and although she had changed locations, she worked with other stores and I got immediate help from multiple locations- required two service trips but both were done that day. Can't say enough good about the great service we've had from every person involved.

I went to the ********** location and had the pleasure of meeting **** I came in looking at CPAP because I'm having a sleep study done & wanted information before I purchased. She was just a dear and so helpful. God bless creatures like her!AZ Mediquip Inc Response

This company does not understand how to manage customer service. The people they have addressing customer service issues are rude, dismissive and terrible communicators. They are the worst home health vendor I have ever worked with and they are intent on screwing the customer however they can. BUYER BEWARE.AZ Mediquip Inc Response

AZ MediQuip has been in continuous business for over 25 years, 11 years under present management. We are aware of this transaction and the challenges the family had as multiple people were trying to solve the same issue. In reality - we were asked to sell something, we did, and against special order policy - we took it back and refunded it. I don't know what else a company can do to accommodate a customer than to fully refund their purchase even after they understood it was non-refundable
