DON'T USE THIS COMPANY for any landscaping. They are not reliable. Called on 4/12/23, said they would come out in a few days for irrigation repair (possibly on Saturday). Also, called them right back and told them we wanted to know an exact day and approximate time that they would come out and to give us a call back. No call back. They didn't answer the phone with a company/person name. Never showed up. Sent them a text on Friday and no response to text either. Called company again on Saturday and the person who answered the phone didn't know anything about anyone coming out. Wanted to know who we talked to. Couldn't tell them as person/company name was never given when we called. Person said they would check with the office and get back to us. Never got a call back and no one still has not shown up (it is now Tuesday, 4/18). If this is the way they do business, then they should not be in business as they offer poor customer service. Would never recommend them or use them. I am not going to beg someone to do business with that I have to chase down to give them my money! They may have an A+ BBB rating, but I would definitely given them an F and I will be reporting them to the BBB too. I agree with the other comments, they are a FRAUD!! If I could have given "0" Stars, that is the rating they would get.

Hi *******, Im not sure about the conversation you may have had with you husband, but we never gave a day for service. I said we were in the area for the week but were very busy. I said if we finished early we may be able to the a repair. But usually we finished early on Saturdays. When he called, he called my cell, not the office. To be noted, he received my number from a referral who was very happy with our service. I was coaching one of two back to back games while he called. To call someone a fraud for this and slander someones lively hood is a little overboard, wouldnt you say? I hope you find someone who can fix this for you in a timely fashion.

Well maybe you are not a Fraud and I apologize for that. However, the number that we called ************** (which is the number that was on your truck) and that is the number that we called. So, if this is your cell, well that is what was on the truck and that is the number we called and we called that number twice, left a message once, and sent a text to that number and we are still waiting for a response. Plus you said you would check with your office and we are still waiting for a response. If you cannot return calls or texts, then I would say that you have poor customer service. Maybe you should also check your Yelp reviews as they are no better. I personally don't feel that this is a proper way to conduct business with people who want to do business with your company.
