    I am filing a complaint regarding unauthorized recurring charges from a company identified as "Barefoot Student" (appearing on my statements as BAREFOOT STUDENT ************ AZ). Beginning sometime prior to November 2023 and continuing through at least September 2025, I have been charged $75 on a near-monthly basis without my knowledge or consent. I do not recall ever enrolling in or authorizing any service from this company, and I have received no invoices, login credentials, or services in exchange for these charges. Attempts to contact or identify the company have been unsuccessful. These recurring charges, totaling thousands of dollars over an extended period, appear to be unauthorized, and I am requesting a full investigation and reimbursement of the funds that were taken from my account.

    BarefootStudent.coms response does not resolve my complaint. I did not knowingly enroll in a recurring membership with them, nor did I authorize years of monthly charges of $75. I never received enrollment confirmation, renewal reminders, invoices, or communications notifying me of ongoing billing. Simply burying auto-renewal language on an enrollment page is not sufficient consent, nor does it meet reasonable consumer protection standards.


    Their policy of refusing refunds beyond 30 days allows them to retain thousands of dollars from consumers who were not aware of being charged. This practice is misleading, predatory, and unfair.


    I am requesting that the BBB investigate BarefootStudent.coms billing practices and require them to refund the full amount of all unauthorized charges taken from my account, not just the most recent one.

    I dont even know who the h*** barefoot student is, but I just got charged $75 for something I dont even know what it is. What kind of scam is this? I want my refund immediately!!!

    I advertised about ************************************************************************ I should try listing for a job withbarefoot students. There was nothing said about barefoot students charging me a fee for looking for someone. I had no idea that I was gonna assessed a $75 charge. I have not used this service since that date and time the one time I tried it. I thought that it was a free service but apparently it wasnt and there was no disclosure to me prior to my use. This seems to be fraudulent activity and Im being billed now on a monthly basis $75 for nothing. I dont need the service I dont Im not hiring anyone and I want to cancel the sub subscription or whatever it is that Im being charged a monthly fee for. Please advise

    I found an account listed for me in a password breach and need this account deleted, however there is now way to do that on their website. I'm super frustrated that they don't make this easier

    I had signed up for what was supposed to be a free service. They continue to bill my credit card $75/month. When I try to log in to cancel it, it won't allow me to and claims none of my emails are registered. This appears to be some sort of a scam. I am contesting it with my credit card company but the bills keep coming and there is no phone number or way to get a hold of them since they don't recognize any of my emails.

    I have been getting billed for Barefoot Student somehow and have never even used the site. I have no idea how they have my CC information and believe based on the amount of complaints that this company has some sort of backend programming and is scamming people

    I never asked for recurring billing. I have attempted to email and call the company, but they have no working phone number. When I try to email them, I cannot, because their form requires an email address and password, but they say they have no record of my email address though the address entered is the address to which they have been SENDING ME emails. I want a cancellation and a full refund for all the money paid. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company to block them.

    When one attempts to reach you at the phone number posted on your site and on one's credit card bill, it is an unmanned voicemail with no option to speak to someone or get a call back.

    My first 5 attempts to access your COMMENT and complaint form were rejected with a message that there was no such email address in you account records. However, the emails received FROM YOU to me were sent to the email address you said did not exist. 

    Had I known that your company has no phone support and multiple consumer complaints regarding the issues I am citing, I would never have done business with you. I stand by my original statement that your business practices leave a lot to be desired and buyer beware.

    We started a subscription and were told that we have an "Employer Account" that was supposed to be free (see attachment). We never agreed to an upgrade, yet they have been charging us for months for the upgrade ($75.00 a month). We have been trying to cancel the subscription through their website and have not had any response. We need them to cancel the service.

    I cancelled my account back in October 2023 and my accountant and I were going over my finances and BAREFOOT refunded me for the October payment and then started billing me all these 9 MONTHS STILL!!! They owe me $675 and they better stop charging me because if I have to change my bank information I will *** them!!
