      JUST GOT SCAMMED BY THEM!!!!! I lost my job and am losing my health covereage and they took advantage of me and my family1 Reported it to my credit card company. They tossed me around like I was trash. As soon as I saw you had to get All *************** I should have known it was a scam!!!

      Buyer beware of blatant lies. The dental, *********** is not a policy but some discount plan that no one I've encountered even recognizes. The only thing possibly remotely legit of the entire policy is the medical and like ****** social health system you will likely die before receiving help. The bad thing is ver the phone you will receive blatant lies and after you pay and dig in deeper you find out it nothing like they describe. I got scammed twice the same week by the same outfit flying under the a different flag. The websites they use for information are the same. I hope this helps someone else not to be out of pocket $790.90 and a family without coverage.International Benifits Administrators LLC TVP Health under First Health Network They all claim you dental and vision fly under Aetna but it's not so. It is divided into three separate coverages:1.Primary *********** Visit: This coverage allows for up to four visits per year with a co-pay maximum of $25 per visit, totaling a maximum of $150.2.Specialist or Urgent *********** Visit: With this coverage, you are *********** two visits per year with a maximum co-pay of $50 per visit, totaling a maximum of $300.3.In-Patient Hospitalization Benefit: This benefit provides a daily coverage amount of $1,000 with a maximum limit of $10,000 per year. It is subject to a pre-existing condition waiting period of 12 months.Regarding the ** benefit, it is essential to note that it is not only a discount plan specifically designed for participants enrolled in specific insurance plans or benefits.       i was sold a health insurance plan by an agent from Essential Health Solutions. sounded great at first . I was never given any information in depth pertaining to what was covered. i had to have physical therapy and was assured a couple times by customer service that it was covered 70%. yes i understand it is customer service, but on all the transmissions, it said any questions about your policy call this particular number. i did my physical therapy and then the provider was told i had no pt benefits even though she also called and confirmed that i did. i called quite a few times and was given misinformation or told what i wanted to hear. finally, i decided that i was going to cancel my policy but i called customer service once more to ask about a form i needed for the *** and the supervisor said i should have been covered and to have my provider call and they would straighten it all out. she called and was routed over to claims where she was told in no uncertain terms that PT was not a benefit and the only reason they covered a bit was because they used my limit for specialist visit. in the end, i am going to end up paying $300.00 more using the insurance than if i just paid out of pocket. STAY AWAY FROM ESSENTIAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS AND THE F***T HEALTH NETWORK, THEY ARE ALL A SCAM. I thought i was saving a bit of money and it ended up costing me more that the insurance i had previously which was off my state marketplace.

      HORRIFIC COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM WITH THIS COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH IT. THAT INCLUDES: The Vitamin Patch, First Health, True Health 1, ***************** Solutions. EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL I SPOKE WITH TOSSED ME AROUND - BACK AND FORTH - on each call to get things rectified. NO ONE knew anything about how to resolve basic questions. I received an EOB indicating Patient Responsibility: $0.00. However, this company "suddenly" claimed that I was then responsible for $1,472.00. Outrageous incompetence. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

      We lost $1800 worth, paid to this scamming company, thinking we were getting health insurance for a very serious medical condition. Tried to talk to the billing department supervisor ***- WHAT A HEARTLESS HUMAN. SHE WAS THE WORST! Please, SAVE YOUR MONEY and your TIME AND ENERGY!!!

      Thank you for the feedback, while  there is not enough information provided in your review to look into your concern in more details, I can assure you that if a claim denied, there must be valid reasons behind that denial, if there are not then we will certainly review it.  The plan you mention is a Limited Medical Plan and should never be intended to replace a major medical plan as it is a flat fee for service plan and will cover ACA manadated preventiave services inas well.

      I purchased this plan in September for medical, vision, and dental. I have been trying to get a blank claim form to submit a claim for a provider that doesn't take this insurance. I have been calling weekly for 3 weeks, I'm on my 4th attempt. Still nothing. How hard is it to email a claim form? You'd think it would be on the member website, under "forms" but alas nothing is there either. From the beginning of dealing with this process I feel like I've been lied to and ignored. Horrible customer service. If I could find the CEO's contact info (he has smartly hidden it) I would email him. Unfortunately I think you end up under their "customer service" via the health insurance you buy. You unfortunately have no idea who the customer service company is.

      Thank you for your feedback. In a review of your provided information, I only show that you currently have a medical indemnity plan with this organization. It is not recommended that you attempt to fill out a medical claim form as they are quite complex, however, you may do so. In a review of your plan it does note that you do not have out-of-network benefits and a doctor or provider in the network is obligated to submit a claim on your behalf. With regards to dental & vision, I do not show any active plans with us or our partners. **************** has little or no wait time and they are available 8 AM - 5 PM CST M-F.

      I purchased the *** Dental 500 plan. I was waived in April 2023. I've yet to have them pay anything. Everytime I call I get the run around, hung up or passed around. They have the worst customer service. If they drop the call as claimed they never call you back. This is Sept now and still nothing.

Your policy has provisions that are detrimental to your plan, if you would like to discuss it further I would be happy to go over your policy. In addition, your provider submitted a claim that indicated you have other active insurance and when you carry two policies Coordination of Benefits must occur in order to ensure we are within the guidelines of the ******************** and to avoid "over insurance".       This Insurance is the biggest SCAM I have ever encountered in my life. At over $500 a month for their Insurance covers virtually NOTHING. My last office visit was $863 and they covered $43. This Company is a RIP-OFF.

There can be some confusion as these types of plans are not comparable to a large group plan. They usually pay flat fees for specific services at specific locations.       Do not get this insurance. I have called them several times! After being with them for over 5 years, last year my dentist could not get to pay a claim because my name was not on file. I called them then and they said they would fix it but didn't!! Saw my dentist and still they refused my claim.Call after call, no return call, They also increased monthly payment to $65.95 from $54 !!!!i am cancelling them today!!!

      I had this dental insurancefor few years, but now it became completely unusefull.I paid $953.76 in 2021 but was not paid a ***** for my claims.I talked multiple times to representative, i did send a letter to corporate office-nothing changed.Now you can not even rich them, becase they hang up after couple of minutes.I have 2 dental insurances, which i paid frm my pocket. 1 st is paying somehow, but this one is just collecting money. Please, help me to get $953 back.they never paid properly, but last year $0 !

      This organization is at the level of scam or fraud! I have wasted many hours on phone trying to get through and get fraudulent claim denials resolved. Constant "Call Failed" or get through and wait on hold for ***** minutes and then call drops. After ************ on phone finally talk to agent, they said they made a mistake and will resubmit claim. Two weeks later the claim status says "procedure not covered" when the procedure clearly WAS covered. Spending another spat of days and hours trying to get through to an agent to get this corrected again! Stay Away!!
