  After speaking with several home care agencies, my sister and I selected Cypress. What a great team! They were able to find caring, competent caregivers with short notice and were very flexible as we ramped up and adjusted the hours we needed someone. ***** was especially patient and knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions, and provide advice. She helped ease the transition for our dad and his girlfriend, while keeping my sister and I informed. The caregivers themselves were kind and not intrusive. We highly recommend Cypress HomeCare Solutions.

  I can't say enough positive things about Cypress ********* and everyone who works for them. My dad had dementia and my mom was his primary caretaker. As his disease progressed and he was able to leave his home less and less I could see that my mom needed help and just a break so that she could have some free time. She fought me for months because she was uncomfortable having what she called strangers in her house. After Cypress was recommended by a close friend who had used them herself she finally agreed to give it a try. The very first person who came immediately made a connection with my mom and my dad and they quickly looked forward to having the visits. As my dads disease progressed and they needed more and more hours of help, every single person who came to fill those hours was amazing and quickly became a part of the family. We even had nighttime caretakers so my mom could sleep peacefully and not have to worry about my dad wandering. The scheduling was always impeccable and if one of the caretakers couldn't make it a replacement was always found. There was never a gap. My dad's health landed him in a hospital for several days and the caretakers even showed up there to be with him which gave him great peace especially at night when he was alone. Making the decision to get help and then to feel safe having strangers in your home is a very difficult one to make and I think many people put it off longer than they should. I can assure you that this is the company to call and you won't regret it!

  About 15 years ago, a close relative of mine became a client of Cypress HomeCare Solutions during her illness and decline. She was not only a Cypress client but also under hospice care simultaneously. Cypress provided excellent care and worked closely with her medical team to ensure that both care plans were followed diligently.When her hospice physician discontinued her medications, her condition improved, and she was taken off hospice care. She went on to live for a few more years but required higher levels of care, which led us to explore home health. We had experiences with around a dozen such agencies, with varying, mostly negative, outcomes. Caregivers from other agencies frequently failed to show up or abandoned their shifts, theft occurred in her house with other agencies, and billing practices were often questionable. However, with Cypress, we received precisely the care we were promised at the agreed-upon rate.Whenever there were concerns or minor issues, the Cypress care team responded promptly. On a few occasions, even ***************, the Founder and Managing Partner of Cypress, personally reached out and visited in person. This level of dedication from the top leadership is a testament to the company's commitment to its clients. Even when my relative passed away, several years after she had been a Cypress client, my family received a card, and one of her Cypress caregivers attended the funeral.My experience with Cypress was so positive as a family member that it led me to make a significant career change. I left my job as an Airline Captain earlier this year to join the Cypress team as the ****************** Manager. I am writing this review to share my incredible experience as a customer and to express my dedication to providing the same level of care to other families facing difficult times and transitions. The entire Cypress team shares a similar commitment, as many of us have been sudden family caregivers or have had related experiences.

  One of the most difficult times in our lives is when we have to make the decision that our parents need assistance, sometimes for the daily chores we find simple. We were faced with that decision and contacted *************** of Cypress ********* Services. To say *** and his staff of *****, *****, and ******* and are among the most compassionate people we have ever met, would be an understatement. Their total understanding of the emotional anxiety that comes with this next journey, allayed our fears and concerns to transfer to this kind of living and home care. The business aspect was flawless and the in-home care help was top notch and made our loved one feel safe and still confident in this new phase. When we moved our mom into independent living, the care continued and what could be seen as a nursing home, felt like home. We highly recommend Cypress **** care services, not only for their plan of care but for the kindness and humanity they brought to the situation.

  Finally! a ***************** that truly "Cares"! Cypress HomeCare Solutions is our hero. They are dependable and match Care Givers that are highly qualified to give the best care possible to our loved one in our own home. The work of finding a trustworthy, responsible, experienced person that is a good match for our loved one became impossible on our own. Not only was it difficult under normal circumstances, we contacted Cypress for the first time Thanksgiving week!
