Beware. Poor craftsmanship and lack of oversight of contractors. Our fireplace tile was purchased through **** and subbed out to a contractor and was completely botched. Poor lines, grout lines uneven, using chipped tiles, tiles not sanded down and they also used different color tiles. Worst mistake of our life and now we are going to be out $10k to pay someone else to rip this down and put it back up. **** will not give us the time of day and does not care about our concerns. They will only agree to fix SOME of the miscolored tiles as of this afternoon. We closed almost 2 months ago and have been unable to use our living room. Not to mention the lack of quality and lack of communication for the price of the home is very concerning. Not to mention, we asked what was being developed in a specific area and was told they did not know. They knew, I found a city council meeting approval 6 months prior to me asking saying that the site was approved for apartments. Needless to say, think twice before building with ****. We plan to sell our house and go with another builder that is more quality.
