On or about 08/03/2023 I had reached out to Currency to broker a deal for a backhoe. I had spoken with a broker named *********************************** who is no longer with Currency. After filling out an online application with Currency ******* called to ask if I had a backhoe picked out or was interested in one. I told him about a backhoe I found on a website called **************************. I gave him the link to the website, he tried to reach out to them without any luck. He called and asked if I had another one, I would like. I told him I would start looking. After a couple of days ******* called and stated the seller for *** had reached out to him and was going to send him an invoice. I had advised ******* of the seller's requirements as far as sending them half of the money and in house financing the rest. I also let them know that they wanted me to send them a copy of my Driver's License. I didn't fill comfortable with this and questions the validity of the seller. ******* on numerous occasions told me he's done this **** times and that he didn't see any red flags. Under ********* counseling I agreed to send the loan out for approval. Guess what the backhoe never showed, I got scammed. There were so many red flags, on the invoice the seller was different than the **** it was listed as ***** MOTORS LLC. It isn't even listed with the state it is selling under. The serial number on the backhoe wasn't even valid. I don't believe legally ******* can give advice on weather a deal is legitimate, but he did. and now I got scammed because of his advice. I would like all document related with this transaction, along with documents between *************************. I firmly believe ********************************* of Currency and ***************** of WEF had a personal relationship. I would like to know how many of ********* applications went to WEF?
