To sum it up... Safeguard is a safe bet to help you with your most important life decisions, and very affordable. I attended a seminar nearby and there was absolutely no pressure to do business with them. I was able to do my due diligence before moving forward and they answered all my questions. I met some great folks at the seminar that asked great questions I didn't even think about. They provided a very nice meal after the seminar to thank me for my time. I met with a knowledgeable and respectful professional, each step of the way. They took the fear out of the process, and worked with my schedule. All the necessary, important information is organized in a binder for my loved ones to easily find and understand. Every single person I came in contact with was so kind and put me at ease. My *********** wanted to ensure our possessions and financial savings were in good hands at the end if our life. Planning ahead is always a wise choice because you never know from one day to the next what lies ahead. A family member recommended Safeguard so we made the appointment. It was easy, the team in place were fantastic and knowledgeable in every aspect of estate planning. The cost was minimal - and we now have complete peace of mind. They say "Death is part of Life", but what's important to both of us is knowing - with no reservations - is that the State we live in can NOT take our possessions. I urge anyone who lives in a State (such as *******) to make sure they have a Living Will in place - You can not put a price on peace of mind; Safeguard ensures you are covered. Another great benefit that most people are unaware of: a Living Will is comprehensive and covers every financial angle in safekeeping your family's legacy.

Received AARP card in mail sent it in was contacted by Safeguard. So many questions to ask and all answers informative so my appointment to have representative come to our home. Excellent presentation By ****** explaining the process, steps and payments along the way. Visit with attorney **** was easy to follow and understand process and next steps to follow and additional documents needed for final updates.Last visit with ****** the Senior Planning Coordinator to sign documents and cover the entire Living Trust book was done complete and understood every part of following processes and the entire book as well as locating items in Living Trust book given to us.Contact cards of staff who helped our process and ***** the Director of Business Operations were included first page of book if future help or changes were necessary.
