      I went to Jacksons on 20th and Highland for an oil change. Were they quick , yes. But let me tell you more. They were so quick they didnt attach the splash guard correctly and guess what it came loose and started dragging and could have caused major damage to my car or someone who might have gotten hit with it. $100.00 later I had it put on the correct way. Speed isnt everything, its quality service thats important.

      Worst car wash in **********. Employees are rude and wait times for members are unforgivable. Only had 2 employee working on the wash line. Corporate should find a new manager at this location

      **** Bronco to ******* on 84th and Bell Road. Got bullied into a Diamond Coating.Spent $499.99 Had to return it 3xs for shoddy work.**** De La **** got annoyed with me and flipped me off. I asked him for a receipt and he said Get it yourself I was scared for my life while these Thugs banded together and yelled at me. A Single Senior Citizen Woman. I was scared for my Life ! Reported this to Corporate Office;No phone call or communication to me.*************************************

      I need to remember that these order writers work on commission and are only concerned with maximizing their income, not making sure you get what you need. Poor service which takes way of long. My 1st and last trip here.

      Jackson Car Wash located at **** * ***** ****** **** in ******* on May 26, 2023. The experience I had with assistant manager at the oil change section, *****, was nothing short of appalling and completely unprofessional. Upon arriving at your establishment, I approached ***** to request an oil change for my ****. I mentioned that I had the top off and inquired about a car wash, since it was included with the oil change. ***** informed me that there were no vouchers available, to which I responded that it was fine because I would be going off-roading the next day and was primarily concerned about the oil change. ***** proceeded to take my **** into the bay. Shortly after, ***** called me over and informed me that he couldn't proceed with the oil change due to a significant oil leak. I was shocked by this revelation since my **** had never exhibited any signs of oil leakage in the past. ***** used a flashlight to point out supposed oil and wetness around the oil filter cover, but upon inspection, I saw nothing out of the ordinary. I promptly checked the oil level with the dipstick, which indicated that the oil level was perfect. I explained to ***** the **** sits in my driveway, and I would notice any oil leakage since there would be oil spots present. However, ***** dismissed my explanation and reiterated they couldn't take the risk of an oil leak. He claimed my vehicle was also leaking coolant, alleging that I should be able to smell it. Yet, I did not detect any odor of antifreeze, and there had never been any marks on my driveway. Disheartened by the treatment I received, I decided to seek service elsewhere and went to ****** ****** for the oil change. The staff at ****** ****** promptly attended to my ****, and approximately twenty minutes later, the oil change was successfully completed. I took the opportunity to inquire about any oil or coolant leaks, and the employee assured me that there were no leaks and that my **** was in good condition.

      At Jacksons Total Car Care, we strive for professionalism and honesty. The **** / ***** / ******** 3.6L engines are known to leak from the base of the oil filter housing. There is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) to have these replaced before a service is performed on these motors. If this part is not replaced, it may cause the oil leak to worsen when the oil filter is replaced. This leak is on top of the motor under the intake manifold where the oil will pool up on top of the motor and will give no indication of a leak on the underside of the vehicle. With no visual oil leak on the underside of the vehicle, there will be no evidence of a leak on the ground when the vehicle is parked. Jacksons Total Car Care Managers are instructed to educate customers on this TSB. If this issue is not brought to the customer's attention, the oil leak could cause damage to the motor over a period of time. We value Mr. ****** business and hope that he will follow up with the TSB for his vehicle and give us an opportunity to earn his trust and business in the future.

      Thank you for your response, but I must express my disappointment with the way my concerns have been addressed. I feel that my points have not been adequately acknowledged or understood. In my previous email, I clearly stated that the technician at ****** ******, whom I visited immediately after leaving your establishment, confirmed that there is no oil leak in my ****. This was further supported by their verification after completing my oil change. Yet, your response seems to overlook this information entirely. I am fully aware that these ***** are prone to oil leaks, which is why I took the time to have my vehicle inspected at ****** ******. They confirmed that my **** is not leaking oil or coolant. I find it perplexing that your technician claimed there was a coolant leak as well. Could this be some special type of leak that miraculously doesn't leave any trace on a driveway, similar to the mysterious oil leak that apparently renders an oil change impossible? Or the dipstick that showed absolutely no loss of oil? Furthermore, your response stating that your company "needs to educate customers" only serves to deepen my concerns. Your response has unfortunately reinforced my belief that your company is being dishonest in handling this matter. It raises doubts about the integrity of your practices and suggests a lack of willingness to address the concerns of your customers. I urge you to reevaluate your response and take my concerns more seriously. I expect a satisfactory resolution to this matter, as well as a genuine commitment from your company to improve communication, transparency, and customer service

      **** the manager is a bully and is a threatening individual against customers. He is concerned with keeping his job and not taking care of the customers and will humiliate customers in public and is very condescending and if he treats his customers this way I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I didnt feel threatened physically and emotionally with his actions and his teams actions against me. An investigator needs to go to this establishment at Santan location in ******* and evaluate how he intimidates people.

      Minus 50 stars JACKSONS CAR WASH on West Happy Valley LOST TWO CUSTOMERS For Christmas I purchased a $300 detail gift certificate for my friend. Yesterday she took her car in and I met her there to pick her up. I had just pulled up next to the detail area and was looking that direction when there was a tap on my side window. I explained I was there to pick up my friend who just pulled in. He motioned to my windshield and said I had a chip but he could fix it. I repeated my original that I was there to pick up a friend and told him I was not interested. At that point he **** a large circle around the small chip. I told him to wipe that off as my friend was walking toward my car and we would be leaving. Instead he insisted I get the chip fixed and insurance would pay for it. ONCE AGAIN I asked him to wipe the circle off my windshield. AGAIN he refused and began telling me every state had to pay for glass replacement. ONCE AGAIN I TOLD him to remove the circle and by this time I was extremely angry and he finally got a rag and erased it. Why should I have to tell him 4 times to remove it? Why did he **** up my car to begin with? It was extremely irritating and I do not ever want to go thru that again.While my friends car was being detailed we had lunch and did window shopping. When we got back her car was finished, we were told. Wax covered the rear passenger door from the window down past the door handle. I pointed this out and a detailer ran over, apologized and said ******** must have missed that. The detail job was horrible.This morning I called to speak with the manager. I was told his name was *****. This was at 9:30AM. It is now 4 PM and no return call. My friend who's car was detailed, is now missing her large handicap lanyard. She returned to the car wash today but of course, they have no idea where it could be.

      Jackson's Car Wash at ********************************************************************************** 11/26/2021 at 10:48 am I went to ********* there were only two cars in line and getting vacuumed out. The Black s*** was trying to make a sale on a detail job for the vehicle ahead of me. The other service red shirt was talking to the vacuum guys then another truck pulled to my right and another car pulled in behind me. The red shirt went to help the truck and after he was done he ignored me and went to help the car behind mine. The Black shirt was finished with the sale and went to help the truck to my left because they were his friends and ignored me and then when he was finished with his friends he went to the car behind me, I called out to him and say "What the h*** those three vehicles were after me!" the back shirt told me to pull up in a RUDE voice not even apologizing for the rude behavior or bypassing me. So I justed pulled up and turned around and left your business. I am a business owner in the area and they way your business treated me I would rather give my business else where. I tried to call and speak to someone in the corporate office at 1-8**-369-0657 but you directory dose not have a button to speak to anyone about your customer service. I will not be going back to this business again.
