My daughter is a student at this school. Throughout her tenure at this school, I feel as though they have done such a poor job of teaching the students. They make them pay for color even though its color used for education/teaching purposes. Instructors bad mouth the students which makes for a very poor morale!! Students also do the same to each other as well. Certified instructions seem to have the freedom to damage students hair, not apologize and expect the students to pay for the corrections thereafter. When students make mistakes, the teachers seem to do such a poor job or explaining, teaching and walking them through the correction process. The teachers also clock students out setting them back on their hours and prolonging their graduation dates. Teachers also seem to have their favorites and discriminate against others. They do not teach the students equally and fairly. They give other students more services which provides more practice and experience for them while other students do not get the same opportunity and fall short of learning and enhancing the skills they are paying this school to teach them! They give the less favorite students the basic teachings which is not only unfair but discriminating. The point in someone attending a school and paying for an education is to LEARN and be taught! Not to be discouraged, discriminated against and/or be treated unfairly because one student might not be as advanced as the next! If anything, the instructors are failing the students and this school has shown to be nothing but a very poor and discriminatory school! Im disgusted and frustrated as a parent to know that my daughter had passion and excitement to attend this school and in the end, its turned out to be a daily struggle, stress and constant fight to want to show up at this school!! My next call with be to the cosmetology board because clearly something needs to done about this school!!!
