I am a realtor in *******, and I have gotten at least FIVE unsolicited text messages from supposed representatives from RBN "a real estate referral service currently integrated with ***************** asking me to sign up at www.rbnagents.com to get referrals and "earn points". I'm on the Do Not Call/Text list, have NEVER solicited this company (or any of it's affiliates) for information, and no matter how many (anonymous) phone numbers of theirs that I block the texts don't stop.If you go to their website and manage to find their "privacy policy" and ******************** links, clicking on them only opens up a new tab with a different sales page asking you to sign up and start earning rewards/points. There is NO privacy policy, NO ******************* and NO way to contact this company to insist that they stop contacting you. This has to be a CFPB violation, so I'll report them there as well. Good companies offering quality products, services, or results don't have to stoop to levels as low as this to try to get more business.Business response

If you have been receiving multiple unsolicited messages, there might be some confusion associating us with unrelated businesses. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our interactions with customers and we remain dedicated in upholding these values.
In response to your complaint, we examined our communications records. Our investigation confirmed that a single message was sent to your number on 07/20/23. In this message, we provided an option to opt-out by replying with 'STOP' to discontinue any future communications from our end. It's important to note that this opt-out process is mandated by all platforms, and replying with 'STOP' automatically removes you from receiving any further texts from us.
Based on our records, we did not receive any such request from your end, and we have respected your preference by refraining from any subsequent communication with your number.
