      ******************* is rude and unprofessional. He didnt seem to appreciate a woman standing up to him or questioning why he made a decision to purchase and install parts without prior consent or authorization. Making a rude/disrespectful statement about a customer (me) while on speaker phone only added to Bobs unprofessionalism. An agreement was signed by three parties, the original company employee who did the estimate (****), the owner of the car, and myself a 3rd party. Not only did *** not want to honor the original bill of sale for which half was already paid and accepted, but authorized the purchase of additional parts that are above 10% of the original agreed upon estimated cost. Then wouldnt accept money to pay the balance of the repair. Az vehicle repair laws exist and we should educate ourselves so people like *** dont use unethical and bad business practices to charge people. One man ruins the reputation of an entire organization. No insurance company involved in this repair. Should have checked the reviews first because this appears to be a theme.

      *********************************** did not have a vehicle repaired at Raintree Auto Body. She is the at Fault party paying for the repair.  We have no signed agreement between her and Raintree Auto Body. She was told from the beginning if she wanted to pay for this repair, she would need to pay cash only. When she came in to pay, she brought in ************* money orders. We refused them.  ****************** then became very irate, rude and disruptive to our business.

      Be aware for unexpected charges from this company. Have used them before and was satisfied with work but recently took my car there and was expecting to only pay my insurance deductible. After completing the work there was an added $511.45 charge that they said I owed. Granted they have you sign a whole bunch of papers and one has this in there but no one ever explains that this additional charge will be coming from you. The salesman I was dealing with *********************** called me up after they inspected car and advised that the insurance company had agreed to pay for the additional cost. Never making me aware that I would be charged for the added labor cost. So I told them to proceed. Only at the end when I was picking up my car did they make me aware of this cost. Basically holding my car for ****** if I didn't pay. Shame on you Raintree for doing this to your customers.

      No one likes to have surprise bills, we communicate several time prior to your vehicle coming in for repairs. You came in getting a customer pay estimate then Mr ***** decided to use insurance. When Mr ***** dropped off his vehicle he signed 3 forms, one was the rate change. Insurance payed for all repairs but not the rate change. Unfortunately with the rising cost of inflation we have had to make changes to cover our cost. I have the rate change page that Mr ***** signed if needed.

      When ***** told me that the insurance company agreed to pay additional cost he didnt say except for the additional labor cost. He just said they agreed to pay additional cost. How was I supposed to know that I would have additional cost at that point?
