I have evidence to back all that I claim I got in an accident On November 12 2021. car was towed to this business the next day. Nov 17, 21 - $2,234.75 initial repair estimate. Dec13, 21 - $9,656.75 paid to FCAB for a supp est Jan 18, 22 - $2,039.50 paid to FCAB for a supp est April 7, 22 - $6,517.87 paid to FCAB for a supp est FCAB said payment was not received. May 11, 22. The original draft was stop-paid on May 12, 2022 - $6,517.87 was reissued to FCAB I have an email from this body shop on December 13th stating all the parts have arrived that was needed and the repair would be completed by Christmas. After being told more than 7 times that my car will be completed within the next week I finally get my car back on March 1st. FCAB claim to replaced parts that didn't even need replaced or repaired. I still have this fake carbon fiber vinyl on the grille that they charged twice the price an OEM would cost stating they replaced it. T. They weren't even smart with how they were lying about fake repairs. A $4000 engine that wouldn't even fit my cart. a 6 cylinder and my car is a 4 cylinder. $1600 for RT and LT ********* when only the left side of my car was damaged. $2000 engine assembly and wire harness gets removed from 3rd supplement and then charge for it again, on the final quote.They manage to pinch a final supplimental for an additional $6,500, submitted a month and a half after I already had my car back. the additional $6500 consisted of an engine assembly and wire harness that was never actually installed and they increased the prices of parts even more. This was a fender ****** that this company turns into a 3.5 month repair. I'm still having issue with my car leaking coolant. I wish I could show you how little the damage is. I literally drove that car back home after the accident. I got zero warranties and they cost 5k over what my car was worth totaling over 20k for a 2013 ******* gencoupe. I remain open to understanding but y'all looks badBusiness response

SO IT'S MY ***** THAT THIS HAPPENED, THE *** WAS A TOTAL LOSS AND THE ***** WANTED IT FIXED AND i AGREED. SO IT DID TAKE A LONG TIME AS PARTS WE NOT BEING AVAILABLE AS READILY AS NEEDED.

WE DID NEED TO REPLACE BOTH HEADLAMPS FOR A COST OF ****** EACH OR 970.00
THE WIRE HARNESS WAS NOT AVAILABLE, SO WE HAD IT REPAIRED LIKE NEW FOR 3.0 HOURS INSTEAD OF THE NEW ONE FOR 2889.39
WE DID NOT CHARGE THE INSURANCE FOR AN ENGINE OR WIRE HARNESS. AND THE CHARGE WAS FOR THE REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF THE ENGINE ONLY AND REPAIR OF THE HARNESS.
THE COST OF REPAIRS WAS ******** AND WE HAVE THE ******** ESTIMATES, PHOTOS, AND ALL PART INVOICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. SO, GRANTED IT MAY NOT HAVE LOOKED BAD TO *****, BUT THERE ARE ALMOST ALWAYS HIDDEN DAMAGES TO ANY REPAIR THAT IS UNKNOWN UNTIL WELL INTO THE JOB.
I CAN FULLY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION OF HAVING A VEHICLE TIED UP FOR 3.5 MONTHS AND IT WAS THE ***** OF A MULTITUDE OF THINGS, THE INSURANCE COMPANY, PARTS AVAILABILITY, AND OUR IMPERFECT PEOPLE IN PLACE TO DO THE WORK.
SO, IN THE END, WHAT DOES ***** WANT OUT OF THIS TO SETTLE THIS UNKNOWN ISSUE? WHAT CAN WE DO TO RESOLVE THIS?
