We had a complicated file, tried several financial institutions, spent many hours gathering all the information and had a few hiccups throughout the process. Through it all ******* kept us going and focused on the end result. She spent several hours of her personal time to help us get the loan. She is both personal and professional and goes above and beyond her job. I highly recommend AG Lending for your financial needs.Review from Richard W

This is the place to get your loan done. I had a need to get a loan to buy a farm. The purchase price was 3 mil. I filled out the application, then was contacted to from a loan rep to get some further detail info and financial statements.It went to the underwriter and approved. The loan rep was ******** She was professional, taking care and keeping me informed all the way until closing. The loan was finally and quickly closed.I also had submitted application to 2 other places. They both took too long so when I got it approved from this lender I stopped the other 2.Get a loan from ******* group. Thy will get it done.I am looking forward to the next loan with them. Our 3rd generation family farm can continue because of Modern Terra Ag Lending Group. ******* and *******, both go above and beyond to help their customers. I 100% agree with every 5 star review. I appreciate the understanding and compassion that they have for the farming industry and the hardships farmers have to contend with daily. ******* and ******* are some of the best people we have talked with on AG *********** Financing. They understand the farmers needs and are able to offer several options for funding that other lenders cannot. ******* was very good of explaining things and making sure we were well informed of the process to the end and helped if their were and problems that needed help with along the way. ******* is a top notch professional loan officer that works to get things accomplished for you. We had a great experience with **********************. Our situation was unusual and kept changing, but ******* rolled with the punches and was able to secure the financing we needed. Yes, Madison Durkin and her Dad were excellent to work with. They hung in there with me, they were patient, and worked hard beside me to close my re-finance and get it done!
