I had purchased a home in 2009 with my brother. In 2013, I found out that he was not paying the mortgage payments which then sent ** in pre-foreclosure. My brother found a website: sellhousethisweek.com which, brought him to Provident ******************* LLC. this company does business under several names: ********************** LLC and ******************* LLC. When they did the business with us it was under Provident Homes Solutions LLC. It has been an irritating process to say the least. They helped us out of pre-foreclosure by putting us a trust to execute a warranty deed for the home. They put us in a subject to loan and then they told us it would be out of names in 2 years, but we are now into year 10 and it is still under my name and on my credit, It has financially burdened me to purchase another home. If you are in Arizona, DO NOT do business with them.Business response

I am aware of the seller's concerns in this matter. He has been aggressive about some kind of solution for several years.
The seller has already submitted this to the Arizona Attorney General who did a thorough investigation.
Unfortunately, the acts that the seller presents in this matter are not accurate. That is why the Attorney General did not do anything after their investigation.
The main point the seller claims that we agreed to pay off the underlying loan within 2 years is not true. He has not been able to submit any evidence that this is true.
That was never a term that was agreed to. I even have an audio recording of me specifically telling the seller I could not commit to any date.
I recommend starting with any proof that the seller has that this was part of our agreement. I will be happy to respond to any proof that he has. I am confident that it does not exist.
The bottom line is that I have fulfilled every part of every agreement that I had with the seller. The seller changed his mind after the fact and now wants the agreement changed.
I am not willing to change the agreement at this time.
