BEWARE!! I've had these people come out to our place of business a couple times and they are so high on their prices that it seems as though they're practicing to be a GET-RICH-QUICK company!! There are plenty of other plumbing companies that are only 1/2 the price of what this dishonest company charges.Review from Doug K

My wife and I discovered a problem with our (only) commode on a Friday about mid-morning. I called AZ Super Plumber and two technicians arrived within an hour or so. The techs immediately diagnosed the solution required a commode replacement, and that they could do it the next day. I mentioned to them that my wife and I were super-octogenarians, were at least 12 miles from the nearest public restrooms, and pleaded for service that day. ******* cleared it with his supervisor even though he was booked for the day. ***** stayed and removed the commode while ******* drove back to the shop to retrieve a replacement commode. There was some unanticipated difficulty in replacing the commode, but the initial price quoted was honored.We are grateful for AZ Super Plumber's willingness to work us in to their schedule. The representatives, ******* and ***** lived up to the "Super" part of the Company's name.Review from Diane K

I received a card in the mail coincidently from AZ Super Plumber about 2 weeks after our water heater started to act up. The card gave us a free estimate and 10% discount and read on the face Do you have an old water heater? Too funny. I always do my homework, so I looked up your reviews from several websites. You have great reviews! I spoke with *****, who kept in touch with me and got **** for my technician. **** was very professional, courteous and Knowledgable. I was skeptical about costs, but I think they are Exemplary in their service. I would recommend.Review from Melanie M

Repairman came out 3 weeks ago regarding our tankless water heater not working. He suggested replacing it and that he would call ** with an estimate. He charged us $60 for the visit and the estimate. I have never been charged for an estimate before and we still have not received it nor has anyone contacted me. Evidently this is the way you treat your customers. Tanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback ***. We feel it is very important to clarify some details of your claims, as there are some mistruths; You called us to your home for a 20+ year old tankless water heater not working (not for an estimate). We do provide free estimates, regardless of your location. Your home (per GPS) is 30 minutes away from our store location. ************** spent almost an hour at your home performing basic troubleshooting procedures. After troubleshooting, the tech noted that he was going to look into repair parts as well as provide an estimate to replace the unit. After gathering more information, our tech attempted to contact you several times with no answer or response. We are sorry that you are displeased with our service but feel that our $59 service charge for our time and efforts is more than fair. We treat all of our customers with the utmost respect and pride ourselves on our 5 star reputation and also feel that this review is unjust and unfair. We welcome a respectful conversation to get to the bottom of your concerns.We hope that you were able to resolve your plumbing issues.Customer Response

I was unable to remove a defective back-flow preventer from a hose bib. My pliers and monkey wrench would slip on the circular shaped part. The plumber arrived with a plier that was notched to prevent slippage on circular parts and easily removed the defective part, He installed my own new part. The service was fast and courteous and over in a very short time. My lower rating is because the $175 charge, which is the base charge, seems excessive for a simple job when one has the right kind of pliers.I need to buy pliers like that and save some money next time and also look for a less expensive plumber and hope there is one.AZ Super Plumber Response

We bring all of our tools, equipment and expertise to your door - which costs us a good amount of money and effort - hence the minimum fee. Fortunately, we do not change any service fees, dispatch fees, travel fees or fuel surcharges (like most of our competitors) plus we provide guaranteed upfront pricing before performing any work.
