Thus business takes advantage of women and does not comply with warranties that they offer. They will sell you lemon parts and then will not replace the guaranteed parts. They have zero respect for Veterans and then threaten to call the police to have you arrested if you confront them to give you a new part that was supposedly "guaranteed."

In response from Adams Auto:Its hard to warranty a battery that is not bad! We tested the battery in front of you. As you witnessed, the battery tested at ****v the charging system was at ****v. The System and battery tested fine. Now, when you start yelling and screaming at myself and screaming at the little old lady that was with you, whos car it actually was, thats out of line!We might add that she was very sweet and apologetic for your behavior! Then you refused to leave my property when asked. Well then, of course, Im going to call the police. Your behavior was out of control and the threatening was beyond normal behavior! You threatened to destroy me and my business over a battery that was good!We gladly offer vets and 1st responders a 10% discount.We have many veterans whom bring their vehicles into us and we donate to many charities that help veterans, including Cruising for the Veterans every year.Also, we are a family owned business, and have been in business for 11 years. We have not received any bad reviews until your false accusations. I think our reputation can speak for itself.
