I am writing to express my disappointment in the service/product I received from your company on 2/27/23. This is when it all went wrong. You all say its when me as a customer is available for the service call. Then you all pushed it back. Then it took like 3 times for your service guys to come and try to fix the problem. Pushing the problem on me like if I was the one that installed the s***** door. Like if I was the one who did the door installation. I dont understand why it took so many times for you to come to the job site to see whats wrong with the installation when you guys were aware of the issue before I even moved in. Second it seems every unprofessional for you to tell me one thing and my dad another. What I got from the interaction is that you all are sexist. Im the home owner why cant you let me know the issue. The plastic in the middle didnt even fit the sliding door. Which let the the air and dirt in. They told my dad that they would call him back and never did. Then when the service guy was swapped I was told was the plastic was cut wrong & that the bottom of the door frame needed to be swapped. But still the guy came out to cut the plastic and still cut the plastic wrong not to mention the piece wasnt even new its scratched up and beat up. Not to mention he didnt ever swap the bottom of the door. Which seems to be adding to the door issue. Idk how many times we have to beat this dead horse. Why cant you all take accountability for the this let down job and fix it. Water is still coming in thru the door not to mention dirt. I 100% would not recommend your company to no one. From your front office to your service workers its a true disappointment.
