      We show on September 20, 2023 ************* ordered our Neuro Tech IQ 5 Bottles. We are very sorry for any misunderstanding caused, when she placed your original order, she had signed up for our membership program,which is why she was billed $17.00. You would log onto  our site and choose the products you would like at a very discounted cost. This is why nothing had shipped out. 

      I do not show any contact with our company at this time. I have gone ahead and cancelled the account and processed a full refunds on the last 2 charges. The confirmation of cancel is C- 558281.

      Wholesale Health Club has made charges to my husband's card for at least the last two months. The amount was for ***** each time which called our attention to it. This was an unauthorized charge. I want the charges discontinued.

      This place has tried to withdraw money from my account multiple times. I even got a new card and they are still trying to charge me. Ive never purchased anything from this company. Thankfully, my bank declined the charges as they suspected fraud.

      On 12/29/23 wholesale health Club had made a charge of $17.00 to my account with out my permission and withdrew money from my account I have not made a transaction with Wholesale Health Club nor gave them permission to make any transactions.

We have no problem processing a full refund on the charge but we are unable to locate an account.       I had called the company as was advised in your latter for 2-days giving them all the information they had asked of me from account number to zip code, but they claim they can't find the charge, I even been to my bank to confirm the charge.

      Again, thank you for allowing us the oppertunity to assist on this account. We are still having the same issue of not being able to locate an account. We do not have the name ******************************* in our system, the address does not pull anything up, the phone number does not pull anything up, the email address does not pull anything up. We have tried to locate with the first name alone, last name alone, and zip code. 

      If this is fraudulent, its possible the name and basic information does not match. We can also check by the following information:

      Order #, first 6 and last 4 of credit card or debit card - we can use either or. Again, we have no problem assisting on the account with cancelation and refund, we are just unable to locate an account with the information provided.

      I was checking the balance of my debit card that is tied to my work only to find that I have a pending transaction for $17 from Wholesale Health Club. I've never heard of this business let alone ordered anything from them. I have children and bills, I can't afford to be scammed even for a small amount of money.

      I have a change for $17.00 on my bank statement from Wholesale Healthcare Club on December 1,2023. I did not make this charge since I had to look up who they were and what they do. I have not bought anything from them and I want a refund.

      Nov 9, 2023 I was sitting next to my husband when he got a message saying that he won a tv. When he clicked the link, a pop-up appeared showing a ********** and prompts to fill in his information which included a credit card to "verify" everything in order to claim the prize. Within minutes his account was charged $8.12 and then a transaction for $132.00 was declined. When I logged into the bank app it showed wholesalehealthclub.com I checked his email and found 2. The 1st saying welcome! And the 2nd confirming his "sapphire membership." When I clicked the link in the email marked "received in error?" it went to the website "/help" which literally just had you going in circles between faq's and order. I finally just typed wholesalehealthclub.com into address bar which ***** to main page outlining products and "memberships". Still trying to cancel whatever it is that he got signed on for and I've blocked all further transactions with merchant on the card account. So we're only out $8.12 but this is shady business practice.

      I was told I was paying a shipping fee of **** on another product. They charged my shipping fee and then immediately charged this other fee. This is not even the company I was attempting to order from. I was scammed by them!

      I went online to order 1 bottle of product from Wholesale Health Club for $69.00 for "Neuro Tech IQ". I clicked on "proceed to check-out "WITHOUT CLICKING" on several other options. They ended up adding unwanted options and charging $149.95 to my credit card. I immediately emailed back and cancelled the order. They sent unwanted items and are attempting to charge for them anyway and also I think charging for a membership which I didn't want. I received no order confirmation detailing what they were charging for, and still don't know. My credit card company declined the charge on a "Fraud Alert" charge to an unknown merchant in *****.

We show ******************** called into customer service on October 13, 2022 and full refunds were processed on all charges. Prior to the order being placed you must agree to the terms of the offer, as well as your charges are all presented on the check out page.
