I am a 19 year old female, I recently moved from ** to ** with getting my car fixed in **.My car is a dodge dart Rallye 2013. It was sitting under a garage for 4 years. It needed a transmission rebuild, the transmission was originally located at the ******************** in ******* ** I brought my transmission to them,They took on the job. I only had enough for half of the payment of $4,000 I paid $2,300 for the transmission fix before it was finished. the transmission factory finished it and sent it to the super discount transmission shop with out my knowledge and without telling me about storage fees. the shop did not list any specific parts they bought and changed on the transmission. I asked the lady working at the desk named BeBe if she can provide me with every part the shop fixed on the transmission, and she said that's far too much documentation to list. There wasn't a detailed documented list of the exact work that was done, and how many hours that the work should be completed in. Work was not done properly. I'm still getting codes on my car. The manager says that there was verbal agreements made between him and my stepfather but those were not documented of what was done and what was not supposed to be done.There is a turbo hose and bracket on the parts list, but no specific charge located. Over the phone BeBe told me the transmission fluid would be added in with the labor but it says on the invoice $70 There is an intake hose on the parts list but no specific charge located.The shop charged me $1,680 in labor but didn't say how many hours they have worked on my car. Or how much they pay themselves per hour. There is a misc charge of $300 under labor. I'm very upset and I would like this to be investigated. Thank you.
