Gave this "BBB credited shop" the better half of a week with my shop for them to have me drive it off with the pan bolts loose. Spot truck was in was dripping ****** oil.. unsafe to drive home. I called to complain and find out what kind of business they run there and all he said was sorry.. he told me he could fix what he had not done correctly and of course I didn't trust him the second time. If you can't diagnose correct, imagine the work you do. Accept fault. No one in their right mind would go back to you if you can't get pan bolts right. By the way shop up the street fixed it... It didn't need a ******.. it needed a shifter cable linkeage. I can send you the receipt if you want to cover it since you probably caused the damage with the shotty work. Own up to your lazy techs work. Less time reading the lunch menus more time tightening transmission bolts.Review from Kaycee

Unreliable, unprofessional, unsafe.Caused more damage to my vehicle, endangering my life as I drove it home with lose transmission pan, leaking fluid everywhere. Only thing owner could say was sorry. Save your time money and most importantly life, go elsewhere. Not safe work. Such rush to get your money, they are the guys making sure you come back to spend more of it ...

I am sorry, you had a bad experience at ****** We took off the pan to check for metal in it. We diagnosed your vehicle at no cost, told you it needed a transmission overhaul, you declined that, you declined us to tow it back to the shop, you also declined for us to fix the bolts. There was no danger of being in an accident for a loose pan bolt. We replaced the pan gasket, it should have been tighten, but you never gave us the chance.
