Hands down the the rudest and laziest people I have ever met in my life.The driver couldnt find me with my specific directions. So he called me f***king idiot and a dumb a**. I told him I understood his frustration but he has to keep his professionalism. Following that he placed a large lift on the ground with his hands in his pocket refused to lift it.Making the excuse my truck is too high.I told him that it is a minor 6 inch level kit and the dispatcher knew I had a truck.He neither attempted or allowed me to lift my own truck to change the tire and left. Another professional came with the same lift that took 15 minutes and I generously blessed him with a $100 tip.FYI the dispatcher did not make things any better agreeing with previous gentleman without laying eyes on my vehicle.And hung up my face.She said management would call me which I have not heard back from.Review from Passion G

Service was horrible. Payment was made before tow could even be booked. Then the job was marked as completed when it never was and we were not notified until we called to ask the whereabouts about the vehicle. Original ETA was 1-1 1/2 hours when it took over 6 hours. The company/tow truck driver had all of the contact info but never contacted us to say he never picked up the car but he marked the job as complete! And once again payment was made!! And the customer service was horrible, the representative hung up the call when I was in the middle of asking for an explanation when the job was marked completed when it never actually was and communication was never given.Review from Ryan E

Quik Towing was supposed to come pick up one of my fleet vehicles and take it to Discount Tire. They argued with me about the address we gave them which I verified on ****** and even gave them the additional addresses associated with the building. After 2 hours of waiting and an hour past the time we were told the car would be picked up I called to be told they canceled the call. They didn't even bother to call us or inform us that there would be no tow coming. When I tried to talk with the Male staff member that answered the phone he was very rude and told me he didn't care about negative reviews. Talk about poor customer service. I will not use this company again and will make sure that the word gets out about this poor service.
