I have been dealing with ***************************** at Clear Title. I filled out all of the paperwork to sell my house at ********************************, Arizona *****. I told her that if she had any problems wire transferring my money to my bank to call me. Apparently there was a problem, but she never called me to correct the problem. I called her back and finally found out what the problem was. They wanted to write me a check which I did not want so she sent me another form to sign to get my wire transfer, which I did. I was told that Clear Title still has my $5,000 which they still haven't wire transferred to me. I get no response from them after calling them several times. I have no idea what the problem is and I just don't know what to do. I am a 76 year old widow and I need that money.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us about this transaction. We have reviewed the complaint and have found that the wire for $5,000.00 was sent to the customer on 05/17, and delivered on 05/18.
The transaction closed on 04/29, at which time the customer received a wire in the amount of $216,955.02. In addition to these proceeds, there was a post-possession in place that included instruction to holdback $5,000.00 until 05/07 or once Sellers vacated.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that be provided to resolve this complaint.
