            Refund and Exchange Policy
            • Either Party may terminate this Agreement before the Termination Date by providing seven (7) calendar days written notice to the other Party. If Consultant terminates this Agreement prior to the Termination Date, Consultant shall refund to Client the Services Fee within thirty (30) days of the effective date of such termination. If Client terminates this Agreement prior to the Termination Date, Client shall not be entitled to a refund or credit of the Services Fee or any other amounts paid or owed to Consultant unless: (i) ALTCS determines Client to be financially ineligible for ALTCS based upon facts that are not reasonably curable by any legal means or (ii) ALTCS determines Client to be medically ineligible for ALTCS following completion and scoring of a medical Pre-Admission Screening (PAS) and subsequent to such determination Client does not request that Consultant continue to assist Client in pursuing medical qualification for ALTCS. If Client terminates this Agreement (or requests that performance of the Services cease) for any other reason other than those set forth above in this paragraph, whether personal, financial, or due to the death of Client after Consultant has begun performing the Services, Client shall not be entitled to any refund.
