Have used Scott Roofing multiple times and they just completed a ********-roof of my 23 year old home. Where to start? I called Scott Roofing for a 2nd opinion on my roof after experiencing minor leaks after the July storm. ************** came out and performed a comprehensive review of my roof. This is what I would expect instead of the previous unnamed entity who came out said "in my 30 years, I can tell just by looking". Anyhow, ***** showed me proof of the condition of my roof. He explained I would not need to replace the roof immediately but should consider it (the roof was over 26 years old and was only going to get worse). I did not want to scramble for a new roof after the next storm, when everyone else would be too, so I chose to move ahead. ******, the Site Manager/Superintendent(?) reached out and setup the dates/times and indicated it would be about a 3-4 day job. What I love most with Scott Roofing is their installers are ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. NO CONTRACTORS, SAME TEAM FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE ***** These guys showed up on time every day, did an AMAZING job cleaning up everyday (not one nail or s**** left in the yard anywhere) and finished 2-days early. What was to be a 3-4 day job was done in 2 days. AMAZING!From the inspection, to the financing, to the installation and cleanup, this was the BEST experience I have ever had with such a HUGE investment. I highly recommend Scott Roofing to anyone. Scott Roofing has been my go to for 30 years. They recently put a new roof on my home after August storm damage and last year repaired my patio roof and structure. Great quality work! Loved the communication and time given to me, answering any questions. Great clean up at the end of each day. The day after completion of my tile roof, it rained all weekend with wind. The roof protected my house, no problems or leaks! Great job Scott Roofing Company! I am so happy!
