Made an agreement with Inca Roofing on 7/23/21 to install a new roof on our home. Work commenced on or around 8/16/21. Work Finished on or around 8/23/21. 50% down payment of $8890 was submitted and cashed on or around 8/18/21. Final payment of $9956.80 was submitted on or around 9/10/21. There were some issues identified with the roof and a meeting was scheduled to review the problems with one of the owners. ***** came out for a site visit on 8/25/21. It was decided there some things needing repair. ***** agreed to come back once we were nearing completion of our project and finish up the remaining items on the roof. It was agreed he would do a FINAL topcoat of elastomeric and address a small issue concerning drainage over the garage area. Water was pooling over the garage and needed to be re-sloped slightly with foam. I confirmed this with ************************* via email on 8/25/21 at 10:30AM. Inca confirmed back that we were in agreement on 8/25/21 at 2:03PM. Email sent 2/10/22 to both owners about finishing up our remaining items as promised. 2/16/22, ********************* came out to inspect the roof and was going to schedule repairs. Never heard back after inspection. 3/8/22 - Emailed Inca asking for an update - ******* replied asking **** to follow up. 3/11/22 - Emailed Inca again asking for an update - No response. 3/7/22 - Emailed Inca again asking for an update- No response. 3/22/22 - Left a very nice message for the owner, ***** - No response. ********************* replied on 3/22/22, they would come back for a minor roof penetration repair at a cost of $1400, not once addressing the agreement we had in writing to come out and fix our other areas in need. Happy to pay for the roof penetration repair so long as they address our agreed upon items needing attention. We just want what our agreement states in full, Top coat the roof with the second coat of elastomeric as promised and address the drainage and pooling issue over the garage
