I placed an order for 6 tiles on Saturday, March 2nd. I had a problem with the order as each time I got to check out either the quantity changed or the color changed. After three attempts, my selection was saved. I processed payment. I received an e-mail confirmation and the size and color was incorrect. The link to check my order was broken and it still not working. I started calling immediately. Since Saturday, I have called almost a dozen times, sent numerous e-mails, tried to use the text and chat option. You can call, wait on hold (hold time is 2 minutes...hold time is 3 mins.) then after ***** minutes an automated voice will come on and say "due to unusually high call volume we are unable to take your call at this time" and they hang up on you. EVERY TIME. No one is responding to me. Today is Thursday, March 7th. The package (wrong merchandise) was delivered today. I never heard from Rubber Flooring. I filed a complaint with Paypal, my credit card company and I am going to file one with BBB. This company is a scam. Dig into their reviews. I have sent another e-mail asking for an RA number to return these tiles. I am on hold again trying to get an RA number and was told the hold time was 2 mins. I was on hold for 11 mins when I got the same "we are unable to take your call at this time due to unusually high call volume, please leave a message and a highly trained specialist will return your call within one day" I left a message. This company is a scam. The 5 star reviews are fake. Try calling yourself before ordering and see if you get a live person. Don't call the "sales" number. Buyer beware. Do you homework. My next correspondence will be with the BBB. I have all of my e-mails, text, and phone logs to show I have made several attempts to contact Rubber Flooring and they have completely ignored me.FlooringInc.com Response

I do apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order. I was able to see that your order has been refunded in full at this time for $51.52. If you have more than one color in the cart you will need to select the correct color you are wanting to purchase and on the product page our website you need to select the correct color. Although you received a color you were not wanting and I do apologize for that once again, our website does not select a random color at checkout. also prior to paying for the order you are provided with an opportunity to review your order to confirm it is correct a couple of times before adding in your credit card info and hitting submit payment.
We understand that at times errors may occur and we were more than happy to assist you with a full refund back to your account on 03/08/2024. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund reflect back into your account. If you would like to keep or donate the tiles you purchased incorrectly please feel free to keep them or donate them at this time.

I would never order from this customer. Here is why.1. I received a confirmation email immediately after placing my order. The link to view my order/order status was broken.2. A couple of days after order was placed, I received an email stating that it would be a week late.3. Waited on a call for customer support for 15 minutes when the queue stated 4. The support representative informed me the entire order had in fact been pushed back, but would ship on the new date. I asked about a refund, but was told it would be a week or more before the money was placed back into my account. This left me without an option to get different tiles to install from local resources and install during my vacation (which is why I ordered for that date).4. When the tiles did come, it was only a partial order. I received a new email stating part of the order had been pushed back once again.5. I called support. Waited 20 minutes this time when the queue stated it was a 2 minute wait. This support representative put me on hold to sort the order issue out. After being on hold for another 20 to 30 minutes, I was hung up on. I called back once again, but received no answer after another 20 minutes in the queue.6. Second batch (same order) showed up 10+ days late. Once again, this was only a partial. I received another new email that night stating my order has been delayed. This time MY ORDER WAS DELAYED ANOTHER MONTH! Not only that, check out how they offer to help. This is a line from that 3rd email. "This ticket was created on your behalf as all of our agents are currently helping other customers. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to assisting you, due to our high volume this may be within 5 business days." What!?It is a straight wrong to say you are going to ship on a certain date, and then string me along for a month and a half by dropping partial amounts and giving a new email. You had no problem taking my money and leaving me hanging. I'm at a loss.FlooringInc.com Response

It's understandably frustrating when expectations are not met, especially when dealing with a significant purchase. Our agent ******* reached out to you and left a voicemail with you offering to increase your discount due to the delays but he has not heard back since 1/5/2024. Just bought and installed ~**** sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I dont understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.Review from Rachel M

I recently ordered 56 rubber tiles on order#*******. One of the tiles was damage. I call and spoke with a representative named ****. Her customer service was professional, friendly and expedient. I would love to give it no stars. I had to return the flooring in two packages back. Been a month, and have not been refunded yet. They say they have only received one package back. I have return receipts to prove they have both packages back. The tracking number says that rubber flooring inc has them both. Will never buy, nor tell anyone else to buy from them.FlooringInc.com Response

****** was great troubleshooting a delivery issue for us. We ordered and paid for our floor materials 3 months ago to prevent any delivery issues and were supposed to receive our floor approximately 8/28 or 8/29, however, we never received a tracking number or any information about our delivery. So we began to make several phone calls, and sent numerous emails about our order, after speaking with several employees at Flooring *** without success, we finally were put in touch with ******. He tracked down our order and found that it was in a warehouse in ********* and never shipped on 8/23 as it was supposed to. This set us back for installation and cost us a days labor for the late notice to our flooring contractor. No reason for this to occur with 3+ months notice and receiving payment in full!If it weren't for ****** taking the time to track it down and getting the order shipped, we would not have known what happened to our order and delivery. I would have rated the company a 3 and ****** a 5, so I decided to meet in the middle, thus my 4 star rating.Review from Stephen K
