Hi, I worked with this company at Zinburger for about a month before i was fired abruptly. This company shares different restaurants, ************************************ A manager from blancos came in to ask for hosts to come fill in for as hosts for their restaurant, i signed up, i worked a shift. the manager did not give me an employee number to clock in & out with, but told me he would add my hours to ******** **** never did. Matter of fact after i get fired, i never received a paycheck from them. I made several attempts to call & talk about the situation, but i was repeatedly denounced & ignored by *********** **** wasnt until the last phone call (that took place almost 3 months later) where the manager told me to contact HR. I emailed them & since its been over 2 months since i got fired & per *****************, after several contact attempts ive made & i have yet gotten paid, meaning now I am required to get paid 3 times the amount that was owed to me. I stated this in an email against them, but HR is telling they are only paying me my hours when by *****************, I am required to be paid 3 times the amount i was owed since i still have not received a paycheck after several attempts. So now i am filing a complaint.Initial Complaint

I, *****************************, have been receiving uprofessionalism of cursing and bulling from the manager, *****, at Flower Child in *************. ***** has been agonizing and calling me unprofessional names which is highly unacceptable for a manager. Ever since I starting employment, there has been issues with poor behavior and bad management skills. I have a mental illness and been experiencing mental attacks due to management; I had to go to the hospital. I informed another manager, ***************************, of my mental issues caused by ***** but he was only concerned as to why I left my shift early. I explained to ****** the reasoning which was caused by an anxiety attack from constant bullying and that I resign. (please review attachments). From my first email to ******, I didn't want to inform him about the mental abuse from ***** because I was in fear of losing my job as a new employee. I never witnessed such cruelty from a manger in my life. Tione need to be reported and reprimanded. I believe the information reported should be on his file, therefore another employee will have to experience extreme bulling in their workplace from their manager again. Due to the bulling and mental issues management caused me, I feel uncomfortable, unappreciated, and worthless to work at Flower Child. No employee should ever experience this type of unacceptable behavior.Initial Complaint

Shady Business practices and false advertisement. Happy hour pricing is not being properly applied unless specifically requested and asked for. I have never had to Triple check my tab before and found it to be wrong each and every time.. they advertise 20% off during happy hour but will not apply to discount unless asked for during each and every purchase. This is false advertising.Business response
